實在不怎麼樣，衹有前台服務還可以，（除了二天下雨，坐在餐廳的一個領導），其他人都是社會飯店的態度。最關鍵我定的親子房，窗户居然是壞的！！！第一天晚上就反應了，一直到第三天我退房也沒修好，也沒有房間換。親人們可知道整個南寧降温啊。。。。上一次需要穿羽絨服的時候還是08年！酒店半夜和前台説送我早餐？等攜程通知到我已經10點了，吃都吃好了。總之一言難盡。。。雖然攜程最後給了處理方案。但是這酒店在攜程真的可以下架了，整個管理太無章法了。第一天晚上想問一次性拖鞋，攜程披露的電話打了半小時沒人接。還有一次碰到客房服務員問她要一瓶水，説不行（這個房價在當地已經是可以了，跟她説第二天不要打掃房間，回答我“不行，我們一定要打掃的”。

環境很棒房間乾淨，床舒服,房間很大，乾淨衞生，房間都有窗户而且都配有沙發桌子，衞生間乾濕分離做得也是相當到位了 ，7樓還有自助洗衣房喲，前台服務態度很好，大堂寬敞明亮，有自己的停車場，停車挺方便的，非常適合商務出行。
