Pros: Good service; the front desk was attentive to my needs, knowing I was a light sleeper and preferred a quiet room, so they arranged a room facing the inner street; a gift was provided upon check-in; the restaurant manager noticed we didn't have a meal voucher, registered our room number, and let us eat without having to go back to get one;

1) Our room was on the second floor, and the upstairs bathroom, shower, and sink made a constant gurgling sound whenever water ran. The noise woke me up just as I was falling asleep, and it lasted until after midnight. How did I know the time? Because after the last time I woke up, I couldn't fall asleep. I fell asleep; then I counted sheep until I drifted off to sleep until around 6:00 the next morning, only to be woken by the noise again.
