DoALand LAB Hotel (Pingyao Ancient City Branch)

Excellent in all aspects, it's the style I like. The pictures are consistent with the real thing, and you won't be disappointed. Whether you drive or travel by other means, this place is really convenient. Xue Erfei is next door, and the food there is also very delicious. If you like spicy food, I recommend fried jelly

Booked this for my family! After looking at nearby hotels, I felt that this newer hotel had the best environment and clean rooms. It was also very close to the scenic area and a short drive away. Parking was also very convenient.

My stay at Changsha Doranda Hotel (Pingyao Ancient City Branch) truly exceeded my expectations and I have to give it a thumbs-up! ⭐️ The hotel's location is incredible, right in the Pingyao Ancient City scenic area. It's just a few minutes' walk to key attractions like Ming and Qing Street and the County Government Office. You can always return to the hotel after a tiring day, without having to worry about transportation. Surrounded by quaint buildings, you can feel the vibrant atmosphere of the ancient city just by opening the window, making for stunning photos. 🌹 The room was thoughtfully appointed, capturing the rustic charm of the ancient city while maintaining modern comforts. The bedding was soft and comfortable, providing a restful sleep. The soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a peaceful and quiet night, completely undisturbed by the bustling outside world. The bathroom was spotless, with plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were high-quality and comfortable. What impressed me most was the service. From check-in to departure, every staff member was incredibly warm and attentive. Knowing we were a tourist, they proactively recommended off-the-beaten-path itineraries and delicious local restaurants, allowing us to avoid the crowds. The breakfast menu is diverse, with both local specialties and more traditional dishes. The flavors are truly authentic, and I'm full and energetic for the whole day. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Pingyao! The value for money is fantastic, and the experience is fantastic. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the ancient city.

It's not too far from Pingyao Ancient Town, but the room was nice, the facilities were new, the front desk staff was very friendly, and the laundry room was very convenient. The restaurant next to the hotel recommended by the staff was also very good, and I was quite satisfied.

The breakfast was okay and it's very close to the old town, but the twin rooms all face the street, which can be quite noisy at night. Also, the cleanliness is questionable. The bathroom had a strong odor that took half an incense stick to subdue. There were also suspicious yellow stains on the toilet waterline and under the toilet seat.
