The hotel service was amazing! The lobby had hot water, bottled water, hot drinks, and snacks. We had snacks in the lobby even though we had kids with us. It was freezing cold in Pingyao today, and they even had hand warmers in the lobby; we used two or three. The service was truly excellent. Parking was also very convenient, and the room was so warm.

I was really touched when I checked into this hotel! Not long after I entered the room, a waiter brought me a plate of cut fruits. The heat of the journey disappeared immediately. Location & Transportation: Convenient parking, easy access to transportation, convenient electric vehicle charging, and a parking lot in the backyard. Room Facilities: Clean and tidy, well-laid out, and the underfloor heating was very warm. Breakfast: A wide variety of breakfast options, and the purchased breakfast was excellent value for money. Service: The receptionist helped us with directions for exploring the old town and recommended some must-see attractions, which was wonderful for our tight schedule!
