I really liked the hotel's friendly front desk staff and excellent breakfast buffet. Room was clean and amenities great for the price. The hotel is also relatively near Pingyao Ancient town and will arrange for a driver to take you into the ancient town.

Room was spacious, clean and toilet facilities ok. Hotel location is about 1 km SW to the nearest entrance gate. Suggest getting DiDi or cab there as fares are really cheap. RMB 6 for 1st 3km. Nearby there are limited choices for street food or restaurants.

Large and comfortable room and a nice breakfast. About a 20-minute walk to the old city, but it's more convenient than to stay there due to the limitations on getting in and out of taxis. Warm and friendly staff. Good base for exploring the city, certainly!

The hotel lives up to its name: pristine white like jade, warm like orchid, clean and tidy, with a unique design. The breakfast is generous, the dining environment is pleasant, and the service is friendly. It's also not far from tourist attractions.

The air conditioner was completely out of service. I was sweating profusely, but I had no idea why it was out of service. The bathroom drain was completely blocked and the bed was damp. It was a terrible experience!

The room was ok, but the attitude of the restaurant staff was very bad. I booked the hotel during my trip and didn't check carefully whether breakfast was included. The next day, my child went to have breakfast and was kicked out by the waiter. I rushed over to ask about it, and the waiter was very rude and said that breakfast was not included. It was quite loud in the early morning.
