Hana Zuo Xietongqing boasts an excellent location within the ancient city, just a stone's throw from the city wall entrance and close to all major attractions. The lobby and interior are tastefully decorated, offering a fresh and orderly ambiance. It's a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to stay, with warm and attentive service. They even provide thoughtful and courteous arrangements like pick-up and drop-off service to the high-speed rail station. Upon arrival, they proactively provided key information about exploring the ancient city. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are simple and clean, though there's room for improvement in the facilities.

Great location right inside the South Gate of the ancient city. The owner even offered a pick-up and drop-off service from the Small South Gate. The breakfast set for each person was very exquisite.

I rarely review hotels, but this one left such a positive impression that it changed my perception of guesthouses. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around. Their high-speed rail transfer service was incredibly thoughtful; knowing I wanted to see the 'Again Pingyao' show and worrying about traffic and crowds during the ***** New Year causing delays, they actually arranged for staff to deliver our luggage directly to the performance venue and then drove us to catch our high-speed train. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and they even provide complimentary drinks and snacks. While breakfast was simple, it was very refined.

The hotel staff saw I had a child with me and upgraded our room for free. It was spacious and warm, with plenty of bottled water provided. They even gave us discount vouchers for a popular restaurant in the old town. There's also a shuttle service to the city gate, which is really convenient. I'd definitely recommend this place to friends.
