Location is perfect if you like quiet. Need around 5 mins walk to the main streets for the restaurants, and a bit longer (~7-8 mins) in the morning to the closest café. Room is quite clean and the owner is helpful and generous.
Only thing is that the room is a bit small for two persons, and you need some work to dry the restroom after taking shower, otherwise it's becoming too humid. But I think all hotels in the city are more or less the same as they kept the old fashion house style.

老闆人超級好！不僅熱情周到，還主動提供接送服務，讓我剛到平遙就感受到了家的温暖。
客棧環境也很棒！古色古香的院子，乾淨整潔的房間，設施齊全，住得很舒服。
客棧的地理位置也很優越！離古城景點都很近，步行就能到達，非常方便。
