Ótima localização, bem perto do centro de Pipa. Café da manhã excelente. Os apartamentos são bem espaçosos.

Great place for spending a night in Pipa. We ordered a BBQ platter for cooking ourselves in the backyard coal fired grill, which was unbelievably delicious and even cheaper than buying from a local grocery store. The amenities included a private backyard pool, which probably would be nice during daytime, but a bit too cold for a night swim. We ended up not using it as we had a busy afternoon at the beach. Both rooms have working ACs and kept the rooms at perfect temperature. Make sure to bring a strong insect repellent as you’ll otherwise become a tasty snack for the mosquitos. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Chalé em uma vila no centro do distrito de Pipa, em Tibau do Sul/RN. Atendimento OK, staff atencioso, no padrão. Uma casa, com 2 andares, 2 quartos e no térreo possibilidade de mais 2 ocupantes, com chuveiro. Churrasqueira e piscina em bom estado de manutenção, mas no limite da conservação. Café da manhã encomendando na recepção e feito na Habitação, com o prazer da privacidade, mas alguns alimentos chegavam frios, como misto quente. Presença de insetos também atrapalham o café. Ademais a uma caminhada da Av. dos Golfinhos em Pipa, o epicentro da baladação local.

Adorei a privacidade do Lugar, cada chalé tem sua piscina individual, café da manhã maravilhoso, atenção dos funcionários nota 10, ambiente acolhedor, atendimento de portaria 24 horas, localizado próximo ao centro. Realmente adorei estar aí.

Uma vila de sobrados velhos, abandonados e sem qualquer manutenção. Fujam deste lugar. Nem a limpeza presta. Chegamos para nos hospedar e graças a Deus conseguimos reverter o pagamento feito minutos antes e saímos correndo do lugar.

Colchones y almohadas viejas y duras, 1 de los aires acondicionados no funcionaba, falta de mantenimiento y limpieza. El personal bien. La vajilla que ponen es incompleta. Lo bueno es que esta cerca de la playa, del centro y de los restaurantes y mercados.
