Remisens Casa Rosa - Hotel Metropol Annexe

Initial problem with room not cleaned yet, after two hours the staff gave us another, nicer room. The metropolitan is the reference structure, 5 stars in decline, scarce staff who try to do their job at their best. The result is a 2-star sc**** breakfast, for the rest it went very well for us because we were looking for a semi-deserted swimming pool, very respectful and silent natives, impossible to find better in the mid-August area. We will go there again but we know in advance that this is not a 4 or 5 star establishment

Paid €380.00 for two nights, parking not included, cost €20 per day, room on the first floor with garden view, empty mini-bar, paid outdoor swimming pool, the first night the rooms were not arranged, the second night they knocked at 7, 45 to redo the room. Although the hotel is in an excellent position and the rooms are large, it is absolutely not worth the money we spent. The breakfast at the metropol was good on the first morning, on the second morning at 8.30 we didn't find anything, we had to wait for the tables to be replenished.

Footprint and paint scrapes on the wall, plaster crumbling from the wall, dirty curtains, torn floor, uncleaned toilet, broken shower head holder etc... Some of the staff were very unfriendly. Food was often tasteless. Air conditioning didn't work either. This hotel is substandard and definitely not worth the money. You can tell that nobody is really interested in improving anything. The hotel is so old. Have stayed in 2 or 3 star hotels that were cleaner. Hygiene is non-existent here. I would never stay here again...

Standard is not a 4 star hotel! The staff is very nice. But: -Loud, you can hear the TV from the next room. -No bottle of water in the room, fridge empty -only plastic loungers without pillows -upper pool was closed -no towels from the hotel for the pool -Restaurant at the pool below closed -large complex with 3 hotels together (500 rooms) -buffet in the morning completely run over. coffee terrible. Good coffee costs extra As an apology to my complaint it was always Covid-Covid-Covid .. -Parking not at the hotel It was anything but nice there. You are only processed as a number as a number. Left again the next day

Avis très mitigé sur l'hôtel : - Points positifs : présence de grandes piscines (la piscine intérieure est énorme en terme de taille et permet d'accueillir de nombreuses personnes / de nager convenablement), une salle de sport petite mais bien équipée, un petit déjeuner de qualité et copieux, literie OK. - Points négatifs : hôtel vieillot (l'hôtel principal a été refait récemment mais la dépendance où nous avons séjourné avait une déco datée, le système pour appeler les ascenseurs n'était pas centralisé). Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce, aucun balcon n'était présent. Enfin, le prix du parking n'est pas de 14€ comme precisé mais de 20€ la journée (dans le parking public présent a proximité). La description de la chambre est au mieux trompeuse, au pire mensongère.

Grand complexe hôtelier, avec literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner est plutôt complet et bon même si il manque souvent des choses. Le premier jour des baguettes les suivants très peu de pain, peu de bananes aussi sachant que c’est ce que les clients préfèrent prendre mais d’autres fruits pas très frais et peu de saucisson mais plutôt d’autres charcuteries moins bonnes. Il faut souvent demander aux serveurs pour débarrasser la table et s’installer car ils ont beaucoup de tables à gérer. Autre problème le stationnement. A l’arrivée on vous demande 20 euros en espèces pour obtenir une carte de parking (à mon avis l’hôtel se met cet argent dans la poche) nous n’avions pas d’espèces du coup on nous a accordé une place attitrée pour 15 euros par jour. Au bout de 4 jours la place avait été louée à une autre chambre en même temps. On s’est retrouvé garé sur les zébras. Ça n’est pas normal ! Heureusement qu’on nous a fait un geste commercial sur la facture finale. Les femmes de chambre sont elles très efficaces. Les piscines sont très bien et grandes. L’espace SPA pas mal bien qu’autorisé aux jeunes enfants donc parfois un peu bruyant. Et l’hôtel est bien situé proche plage et centre ville, mais loin du reste du pays si vous projetez d’explorer les gorges, la capitale… comptez environ 2H de trajet.

Irgendwie sehr verwirrend - haben „Casa Rosa“ nicht gefunden … auch nicht beschriftet. Wir haben dann im Hotel „Metropol“ nachgefragt - es wurde dann auf das richtige Gebäude verwiesen. Ein „Parkplatzwächter“ hat uns dann erzählt, dass die Rezeption der „Casa Rosa“ im Hotel „Metropol“ ist … also wieder ins „Metropol“ - endlich einen Zimmerschlüssel. Enttäuschendes Ambiente, Alles (Frühstück, …) im „Metropol“. Hotel ist sauber!
