Guest House PachaMama

Very conveniently located near the market square, and near the location where the garage shuttle bus stops. I liked the room, comfortable and the guesthouse was very nicely decorated. I would stay there again if in Piran.

Very nice guest house, very close to the main square with restaurants, shops, etc. The owner emailed details of how we could get the key and let ourselves in - and that worked OK. She also left a 'voucher' so we could get 30 minutes free parking in the town to drop our suitcases - which was appreciated. Big letdown for us was that the Internet didn't work the second day/night, and there were NO STAFF available to resolve the issue. We called the owner on the phone number we had, and she apologised but said she couldn't get to the property until the next day. We asked if we can unplug the router and plug it in again to see if that resets it - she told us it's in a locked room and no-one has a key to that except her. She said she couldn't do anything to help until the next day (though she lives in Koper which is a 20-minute drive away?!) So we were left with no help, and no Internet for the rest of our stay. On the 3rd day when we checked out, still no staff or owner was present - we just left our key on the reception desk and left! We saw no staff (or other guests) the entire 2 nights/3 days we were at Pacha Mama. If the Internet had worked OK, we'd have had no issues and really enjoyed our stay, as it's a lovely guest house. But the lack of anyone to help with issues left us a bit frustrated. Overnight parking costs 32 euros at a car park that's a 20-minute walk from the guest house. There is NO parking allowed anywhere in Piran itself.

The location was perfect for visiting the main square and coast. The room was very clean. The shower was good. The staff on reception were very helpful. The room was small but ideal for a couple of nights stay.

Simple, clean, and comfortable accommodations! Large walk-in shower and the hand soap smelled so good! Joze at the front desk was a help and a pleasure. Steps from Tartini Square. The fruit bowl in the lobby was a cute bonus!

Beautiful space, clean room, have kitchen for breakfast if you want, near downtown, would recommend.

The guesthouse's location was ideal for exploring the narrow, winding paths in Piran. The entire place was spotless and modern, and the stsff super friendly. I will certainly recommend it to anyone considering a visit to the beautiful.coastal town.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean. It was nice to have access to a small kitchen. The location is great right by Tartini Square (although Piran is small so everywhere is not far). The instructions from the hotel regarding access and parking prior to arriving were very clear (note that limited car access in Piran(. The downsides - no lifts so not suitable for those who couldn't navigate stairs. The tea/coffee making facilities are in the kitchen - there are no kettles in the room.

The room and the bed very small, but everything else about Pacha Mama was great. Conveniently located just yards off Tartini Square, the staff, especially Joze Kolar, were very friendly and helpful, and the second floor patio and kitchen area were welcome additions.

Really nice place literally steps from the main square. Can't get a better location. Room was comfy and building was nice. Just note, no elevator.
