"After booking this hotel I was skeptical because of different kind of reviews but I must say that everything were literally perfect. Room and all hotel were very clean, you can notice smell of cleaning. A/C were not as cold as I personally like it but it was constantly pleasant. I believe it was around 25-26 degrees celsius. Staff is very kind, helpful and good hospitality. breakfast was amazing whatever you want. They were cutting fresh salamis, cheese, fruits, etc… in-front of your eyes. They even care for lactose and gluten freei food for people who have allergies. I highly recommending hotel to everyone from young couples, singles, elderly people and families. I haven’t noticed anything negative. Thank you for giving us amazing experience!"

Hotel Svoboda - Terme Krka

"Outdoor parking costs €1.80 per hour, while indoor parking costs €3 per hour. Bring coins, as no one at the hotel will change money, even if you tell them you're going to their pool. The pool is very relaxing, but the door next to the lifeguards, which should be closed in the cold October weather, unfortunately remains open from the afternoon until late at night when we were there. The result was €20 per person to get in, €10 for parking, and bronchitis from the cold of the open door!"

"The staff was very kind and helpful. We booked rooms with sea view. Panorama was amazing! Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. We were staying in 4* Casa Rosa but we can use all the facilities in 5* Metropol hotel. Food was very delicious with wide selection of breakfast and dinner. Parking in the underground garage is 20€ daily. (2024) It s a shame there is no discount for hotel guests."

"Same hotel has 3 or 4 stars. Old part is without sef or cooler. There is no welcoming for guests, you can not buy newspaper, no store is near. You dont have shuttle from bus to the hotel. Every metal is very rusty. From food we are sick. Caffe is not good. In hotel there is no activity. I was dissapointed at this hotel. The price was too high. Some pay 3 times more than others and they dont have an explanations. "

"The hotel is nice and it has a great location in Portorož. The staff was also nice and friendly. Breakfast and pool are also ok. Worth the 4* overall. I wasn't fortunate enough to get a room with balcony and ocean view but didn't care much since I spent most of two days at the business conference. But now the --- When I got to the room there were many, many flies. And they were big! I tried to smack them all but in the morning I found out that there were a lot of them still flying around, disturbing my sleep! I didn't even opened the outside door, so they must have been there before. And someone (cleaning staff) should noticed them before me and do something about it. I hope they will clean the mess (you can see at the photo) and call the exterminator."

"Very simple but correct. Very friendly staff, the receptionist loves person. Beautiful views. Room lacking air conditioning and the kitchen is shared. Right breakfast . A little complicated to arrive at night, has parking and is free. The hotel was very comfortable and was very surprising."
