Last night I made a reservation by mistake and wanted to cancel it just a few hours after while keeping the second reservation made properly. The answer of the hotel was very insulting. I was treated as an enemy right away! (see the messages between me and the hotel)

Very nice place for the price. The receptionist was so kind and helped us with everything. I don't understand what everyone is complaining about. The toilets were clean and the rooms were pretty much clean, you can't expect more from a B&B with this price. The beds were also comfortable. Normal breakfast and good service. Very close to the airport and Leaning tower of Pisa!

Lovely place and friendly host! Walking distance to the Airport and Leaning Tower of Pisa. Affordable price, clean and with a nice backyard (lots of trees and bushes). Would recommend this place for sure!

For a cheap price, close to the train station (around 2 minute walk), 15 minute walk from the airport, clean, fresh, everywhere close, yummy breakfast, free wifi without any passwords, very mice hotel for a cheap price, definitely worth it, VERY NICE STAFF!!!!

Výborné místo. K věži to je 20 min pěsky, na nádraží 3 min. Přátelský personál, který ale nemluví anglicky.
Všude špína. Na pokojích neutřený prach. Za tři dny nebyly uklizeny společné prostory. Wc a koupelny. Za ty peníze se dá pořídit i lepší ubytovani, kde to bude sice dál k památkám, ale všude se dá dojet autobusem za 1,5eur...

This hotel was terrible.
- staff was rude, unhelpful and very unpleasant to speak to. The reception is not 24/7 as stated when we booked.
- condition of the room as terrible the room was separated from the kitchen by a locked flimsy door so you can hear everyone in the kitchen speaking and cooking
- the lock on the room door fell off when I tried to lock the door. He receptionist called the handy man to fix it and I had to run out for 10 minutes so asked the receptionist if he watch my things as I had my laptop and all my belongings he said he would. I returned to find the door still broken and room with all my belongings left alone. This is very disappointing as they had no regard for security of my belongings even after I told them I had valuables and they confirmed they would watch it and didn’t.
- the room was freezing. Not enough blankets and they refused to turn on the heating
- the room was very basic
- breakfast was terrible pre package croissants.
- the room was highly overpriced compared to other that are in much better condition

Da incubo ! Assolutamente da non ripetere. Per carità rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. L’accoglienza è cordiale e gentile, la stanza è pulita ed accogliente però improvvisamente si sentiva battere sulla parete della stanza dei colpi talmente forti che ci hanno fatto spaventare. Abbiamo segnalato la cosa nel tardo pomeriggio ma non hanno saputo darci delle spiegazioni. La notte la cosa si è ripetuta ancora più forte tre/quattro colpi alla parete talmente forti che sembrasse volere cadere la parete. Siamo saltati nel sonno e non abbiamo più chiuso occhio. Ho scritto alla redazione ma Mi hanno risposto che nessuno da martellate come se ci fossimo inventati questa cosa o fossimo dei pazzi. Nemmeno a scusarsi o fare finta di capire il problema cosa fosse!

Ho prenotato e subito disdetto visto le recensioni, mi hanno rubato 5€ al giorno in 2mesi x almeno 70€ maledetti ladri, la banca mi ha consigliato di fare denuncia.. ladri e da quanto recensito sporchi e cafoni . Ho contattato la struttura e con arroganza mi hanno deriso dicendo che era scritto che sono ladri
