Placed was clean, stayed only 1 night so it was fine. Great place if you want a place just to sleep.
Location was near pisa tower, just a few minutes walk only. Surrounding area was good to explore.
Moreover, the host was very nice and friendly.

Not so good. Shower curtain has mildew on it and the bathroom was shared. We arrived from the airport very late and gave the taxi driver the address. When he stopped outside we thought there might be a mistake as there was no sign and it didn’t look like a hotel. I checked the email which was all in Italian. It was 1am in the morning. However I saw someone else trying to enter the code for the front door and went in with them. I showed them my email and they helped us find and get into our room. The room was clean, however the bathroom was outside the room and required a key, so we assumed it was a shared situation. The shower curtain was dirty so I was reluctant to use it. There was no coffee or milk provided. If it hadn’t been for the other family we would have been stranded. Not a great feeling. I wouldn’t bother using this hotel again.

The air conditioning does not work, the window mosquito nets are broken and all the mosquitoes enter the room, the mattress has mold. The room smells damp. The only good thing is the location.

We took possession of an uncleaned apartment with major hygiene problems. No explanatory book on the operation (Wifi not found). A nice uncleaned terrace with an uncleaned ashtray on a dusty washing machine. In fact, nothing has been CLEANED (I'll spare you the description of the kitchen, the bathroom, the state of the shower, the doors, the floors...). We are told about the soap provided! Indeed, there was a very small soap provided in the soap dish already surely used by the previous tenants! Cushion with grease stains!!! In short, I stop there, it is better.

Very close to the Tower of Pisa and for this reason it could become a strategic accommodation, unfortunately however cleaning takes a long time and maintenance is practically absent. The bathroom is very small, with no shelf to put things on, no toilet paper holder, with a shower curtain from who knows how many years ago and a poorly functioning shower head. No good smell and hair in the sheets...

Je dirais que le seul point positif de cette chambre, c'est le fait qu'elle se trouve à 5min à pieds de la tour de Pise. Nous avions la chambre Poetry. Le bureau dans la chambre était complètement rouillé, dans la salle de bain il n'y a aucuns meubles pour poser nos affaires. Nous avons été obligé de prendre 2 chaises qui se trouvaient dans la cuisine située à côté de notre chambre. La propreté est à revoir. Cependant la literie était plutôt bonne. Le tout est un peu vieillot. Ça suffit pour une nuit, mais pas plus.
