We had difficulty getting into the hotel which I would only rate as a hostel. The phone number in the front door was disconnected The area is dark and dangerous and we did not feel safe at night in the hotel. We left a night early however the hotel did refund the third night

The room is nothing like on the pictures. Our room was facing to the street without curtains, people were looking at us from the street as we were on the bed. The wall was moldy even the smell of the room is like mold. Bedsheet, duvet was dirty, stains on it. It was impossible to reach the reception or get any refund on the room which we left after 1 hour we checked in

Hotel Milano is primarily a stopover for travellers. Pisa Airport . In this it is extremely convenient being literally metres from Pisa Centrale train station which is also the terminus for the Pisamover shuttle service direct to/from the airport itself regular and 5 euros each way ( be sure to have a clean 5 euro note ready for the automatic ticket machine - just feed it into the slot ) Rooms are clean and comfortable with bathrooms ensuite . Hotel has no catering but there are plentiful restaurants nearby and in the surrounding streets . Finally cost is modest !

Assam is a very friendly and helpfull receptionist. Hotel is just 100 m from the station. Hotel is next to the street and sometimes a little bit noisy. Booked this when had to take my flight back the next day at 6:10 am (4:30 am at the airport)

This hotel is 2 minutes walk from the train station. We booked it while at the train station and one quick phone call later we were up and in our room. The room is spotless. The bathroom is spotless. Bed is very comfortable. Buses to Pisa Tower are at the station. Assam, the guy at reception is extremely friendly and helpful. Very accommodating and helpful. There is a little noise from the street but we've got a balcony which is absolutely brilliant. I would highly recommend this hotel. Basic but lovely and clean. Wardrobe. Table, lovely bathroom and in a good location as buses are readily available. If I come back to Pisa I will stay here again. Really friendly boutique hotel

Ho dormito insieme a mia mamma in questo hotel, tornando da un viaggio aereo e dovendo ripartire il giorno dopo in treno. Struttura da rinnovare e un pò trasandata. Ad ogni modo, la camera ed il bagno interno erano pulite e il letto comodo. Personale gentile. Peccato per la mancanza dell'ascensore, mia mamma ha fatto un pò fatica a salire le scale

Soggiorno di una notte. Ho scelto questa struttura perché vicino alla stazione centrale di Pisa, ma onestamente non ci tornerei. La camera era piccola e pulita, il prezzo molto buono, ma tornando indietro avrei preferito pagare un po’ di più e soggiornare in un posto migliore. Il materasso tutto storto che ti portava a scivolare verso il centro del letto, la tv ( molto piccola) prende solo tre canali nonostante abbia provato a risintonizzare i canali per una decina di volte. Si sentivano tutti i rumori provenienti dalla hall. Per le mie necessità è stato sufficiente ma non ho riposato bene e se avessi dovuto trattenermi più di una notte mi sarei trovata molto male. Il personale però è stato molto gentile e cordiale.

Le foto ingannano parecchio perché in realtà fa veramente pena. Intanto è sporco, ho avuto paura di prendermi anche i pidocchi, inoltre la stanza accanto alla reception è veramente invivibile: non ha tenda alla finestra e bisogna stare tumulati dentro con l'avvolgibile abbassata perché a livello stradale, praticamente. Si sente il respiro di chiunque si trovi vicino, immaginarsi il resto! Ciliegina sulla torta un'invasione di zanzare da pelle d'oca. Ne ho ammazzate dieci con le mani, ho chiesto un DDT o qualche spray e nulla... I 60€ spesi peggio. Meglio un taxi per arrivare in stazione.

Personale cordiale e gentile, ma hotel da lasciar perdere... Ci hanno assegnato una camera vicino alla reception, dove si sentivano tutti i discorsi delle altre persone e i passi delle persone nella stanza sopra, inoltre il letto scomodo, condizionatore mal funzionante e stanza molto buia. Esperienza da non ripetere...
