The room is very comfortable, but it is a bit far from the center and what bothers me is having to pay an extra €38 for sheets, towels and room cleaning.

Mi sono trovato bene, pulizia delle camere e vicinanza sia alla stazione che all'areoporto. La colazione era minimale classica italiana, ma molto buona. Un bel giardino a disposizione con parcheggio a disposizione per l'auto. Ottima esperienza.

Nonostante avessi prenotato da tempo le stanze, all'arrivo mancava una stanza che era occupata da altri ospiti. La spiegazione è stata "non avevo capito" nonostante il preventivo calcolato prevedesse la terza camera. Pessima figura. Fatevi sempre confermare per scritto quanto prenotato. Io purtroppo non lo avevo fatto perché mi ero fidato. Colazioni da pagare a parte (anche questo non detto al momento della prenotazione).

Location carina ed accogliente, check out fai da te con i codici d'accesso inviati per e mail. Sistemazione abbastanza comoda, comfort non molto adeguato. Pulizia poco approfondita e non attenta, l'impressione è senso di non ben pulito. Arredi ed accessori datati e da cambiare...bagno assolutamente da rifare e soprattutto dotarlo di bidet! Non siamo all'estero per fortuna...devono loro adattarsi a noi e non il contrario! Attenzione ogni servizio cd. "accessorio" è tutto a pagamento.

Nous avons séjourner 3jours .La chambre etait grande, le mobilier 1920 .PD, croissants frais, jus d'orange, yaourts, très bon café, le propriétair est sympa. De l aéroport à la villa 2 solutions 2km à pied, 20minutes ou taxi 10 euros. Villa centre Pise 20minutes de marche il faudra passer devant la gare et à partir de là, la rue piétonne commence. Si vous désirez aller au Cinq terre en train 20 euros l aller retour, 1h30 de trajet. Arrivée au cinq terre prendre le bateau 40 euros ligne jaune jusque Spezia .

Il posto è sicuramente bello ma l atteggiamento poco gentile dell host, per non dire altro, ha rovinato la bella atmosfera. Non sono riuscita a farmi un caffè e mi è stato detto che avrei trovato il biglietto dell autobus dal tabacchi vicino . Da due anni non li vendeva più i biglietti dell autobus....forse l arrivo in piena notte non sarà piaciuto, nemmeno a me in verità, e nonostante i 25 euro di supplemento non ho trovato una buona accoglienza.
