還是非常好的，意外的乾淨。然後因為住的比較晚，沒有完全體驗到住宿的所有東西。然後早餐還是比較標準的美式早餐

It was very good and surprisingly clean. Because I stayed late, I didn't fully experience everything about the accommodation. The breakfast was a standard American breakfast.

The service was good. It was clean and well kept. When I checked in, I was told that Hampton Inn had to put a hold on $20. But I would get it back after I checked out and there was no damage to the room. I checked out on Thursday April 1, 2021 at 10:45am. About 11:30am, there was 2 different attempts to charge my credit card for $200 and $150. There was no damages to the room. My husband and 3 daughters were with me as we were on a family vacation. The 5 of us even cleaned the room up before we checked out. We took the trash out, gather the dirty towels and stacked all together, . I still have not received the $20 either.

The hotel is a half-hour drive from Asheville Airport and costs around US$50. The hotel is near the Mall area, it is very convenient in all aspects, overall satisfaction, and will come to live.
