Hotel is clean and simple and thw staffs are super helpful and friendly

I booked a room here for my second night stay, during my trip. It overlooks the beach, so it’s colder at night. You must registered your vehicle during check-in, so front desk can provide you with an overnight parking permit, to leave on you dash, in order for you to park your vehicle on the premise. Parking is quite limited and can be tricky, but thankfully, I was able to find parking on the night I check-in. The room itself is okay, everything just seems and look a bit outdated, from beddings to bedsheets, curtains to furnitures to electronics (I.e., TV, A/C-heaters doesn’t even appear to work properly, and the hairdryer looks outdated also. My booking does come with complimentary continental breakfast, but it’s mostly just pastries, fruits, coffee and juice.

Very loud hotel because the walls and everyone slams their door. Didn’t sleep at all.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a turn from the highway exit, and it's also right by the sea, offering sunrise views. The facilities are basic and somewhat dated; if you're not too picky about the star rating, it's acceptable.

This hotel was a truly delightful surprise. I'd booked almost exclusively four-star Hilton and Marriott hotels throughout my trip, but this one, a small hotel, was just steps from the beach! The room was very clean, the sea was stunning, and the beach was teeming with seashells and seabirds. The pier was absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend the cracked crab in town; it was incredibly delicious, so much so that we ate it once that night and then again the next day when we arrived. Back to the hotel, the pool was open until 10 am, which was great. Breakfast was simple, but it included fruit, bananas, and yogurt. We grabbed six large bananas and ate to our hearts' content. We even fed the birds with bagels – it was so much fun!

The motel has convenient parking. The rooms on the first floor had a musty smell, probably due to the seaside location. The air conditioner was noisy.

Located near the beach, about 100 meters away. The hotel is about the standard of a county-level guesthouse in China. There is no restaurant; breakfast is self-service and taken back to the room. Hot water and bottled drinking water are available at the front desk.

The hotel has a great location, right next to Pismo Beach. The rooms were clean and the soundproofing was pretty good.

1. Service experience: caring and at home From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, the front desk staff made me feel at home with their warm smiles and efficient and professional services. When checking in, the staff not only completed the formalities quickly, but also took the initiative to introduce the hotel facilities and surrounding attractions, and even kindly reminded me of weather changes and traffic routes. The room service responded quickly, and whether it was demand consultation or item replenishment, it could be solved in the first time, reflecting the "meticulous" service concept. 2. Room facilities: details highlight quality The room design combines practicality and aesthetics, with a reasonable layout and warm and elegant. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and it feels like being wrapped in clouds after lying down, and you can sleep well all night. The bathroom facilities are advanced, the hot water supply is stable, the toiletries are of high quality, and the light fragrance is relaxing. Intelligent equipment is a highlight, such as the ability to control lights, air conditioning and curtains through a tablet, which is convenient and modern. In addition, sufficient power sockets and high-speed WiFi perfectly meet business and leisure needs. 3. Hygiene: impeccable cleanliness

The hotel is in a very strategic location, close to the beach🏖️ and within walking distance. It is a great place to watch the sunset🌄. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete!

The hotel is located on a beautiful seaside, surrounded by mountains and sea. The scenery is beautiful. The service at the front desk is friendly. Free coffee and snacks are provided in the lobby. Free parking is available. The free breakfast is simple, but delicious fruits are also provided.

Three adults and one child. Very good stay. The kids like the swimming pool. It's quite cold at night at the beach. It's a bit inconvenient to eat. You have to go a little further to buy it. The breakfast is actually OK. It's good to get some bread and coffee.
