Nice apartment with kitchen and bathroom. Clean and decent breakfast. Missing tv is a little thing. Not that much to do around the hotel itself but there are quite some tours going from the hotel.

Superior room overlooking swimming pool was very spacious with comfortable beds. We spoke to a lot of guests who have been going to the hylatio for many years although I’m not sure what the attraction is. Whilst we were there we had many Romanian students doing drama or something, they were loud and quite ill mannered and disturbed the majority of the age 60+ guests. I stayed at the hylatio many times in the early 2000s but much has changed since then, expanding the premises but I prefer the old intimate self catering hylatio to what it is now. We saw the same owner but he was less friendlier this time as I remembered back then. However, the staff from Nepal are very friendly and hard working. We were AI but found the drinks very inferior to other local spirits we have at other hotels in Cyprus (we are ex pats living in Paphos) but the local wine was good Breakfast offered continental cheese, ham, cereals, porridge and hot English breakfast items. The quality of the sausages were poor and the baked beans tasteless but the bacon and egg were good. I agree with another reviewer that a second coffee machine is needed as you could stand in a queue for quite a while. For lunch/dinner although the food was plentiful there was little choice ie on two nights we had spicy chilli chicken and hot chicken curry. There was an alternative but if you cant eat spicy foods you are very limited on choice ie chicken nuggets/fish fingers of low quality. There is offered only one type of salad to choose from. For dessert only one choice of cake but you are able to help yourself to ice cream. It was adequate for our short 3 day stay but would not consider staying for longer due to the poor quality drinks and food on offer and very little to do other than lie on a sun bed that most were damaged or stained or swim in the large pool

The room was very clean after two days of stay, but the shower was very small. The balcony faced the mountain view and the environment was very beautiful. It was about a ten-minute walk from the beach. The breakfast was very good and you could go to the opposite mountain to take pictures of the beautiful scenery.

Arrived Wednesday at Hylatio. They ran out of ouzo last night, still waiting for a delivery ( theres a mini-mart 5 minutes away). Bed like lying on concrete. Cost 76 euros travelling to and fron Paphos town. Too isolated here. Pissouri bay a building site, beach now all pebble as the sand disappeared in a storm. Nepalese staff wonderful at Hylatio, service and food excellent. No feta cheese! Curries good!

On positive site, rooms spacious, very good cleaner's and bar staff and this would be all This is not all inclusive, avoid, very basic food. No consideration for children, the same food serve each day only in other sauce. The snack bar don’t exist (beside cake and ice cream) you pay even for water. Late check out 50 euro but only for room, they will cut your wrist at 11am and expect money on top of 50 if you want to eat Rooms not a day or nights where you wouldn’t see ants on furniture and floors Plenty of cats who will come to you and almost beg for a bitter water (in this weather this should be there ) The owners rude and only what they care for a money.

A lovely stay here with my family. All the staff were friendly from the bar staff to the housekeepers. Sunita especially, all the staff where nice. The rooms were extremley clean, beds and towels changed regularly. The food was good and hot and plenty of it. The grounds were perfect. The only downside was sunbed grabbing in the early hours each morning, there is only so much space and beds that can go around the pool i suppose. We love coming to Hylatio and will be back. Location is great 5 minute walk to the beach, place itself is lovely. Food is good, staff are amazing, they really make the place tbh. All in all a great base for a lovely relaxing holiday. We will defo be back.

We absolutely loved staying at this apartment complex. The hospitality deserves 5 stars as staff are friendly, welcoming and they go out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. This was especially the case when we needed first aid assistance due to a fish bone accident (avoid eating small fish in the local tavern). Breakfast is plentiful and the apartment, with a kitchen provides a comfortable stay. The only minor nags include firmness of the bed, the selfishness of other guests reserving sun beds before the morning and the location of the apartment which requires a hire car to get from a to b. We would stay again.

Family of 5 and returned home today after 8 days. Suni is a super star and best person there hands down. If you are expecting an average all inclusive , then you'll be disappointed. On a scale of 1 to 10, this is about a 3. Its terrible, very little choice and certainly nothing that particularly appeals to kids and tbh some adults! If you want water then its filtered out the tap , otherwise anything in a bottle or carton has to be purchased and this includes bottles of water. The place is dated and could do with a good overhaul. The toilets in reception need condemning, beware. Hubby rescued a little girl after she got locked in (dont worry he went in after I asked him to help, since he had rescued our daughter the night before from a different cubicle); he told the receptionist (who is very surly faced and unfriendly) to put a notice on the door saying not to use the lock. We left early hours this morning and there was still no note on the door! Sunbeds are a nightmare to get , towels are put down the night before and the staff do not remove these before they close the bar. They are removed infrequently when the pool is closed on an evening but after this time people come and put them down again, this could do with being monitored very closely. Beds often left unused until midday. Towels and beds changed every few days but no sweep of the rooms done, just literally change of stuff. If you want a quiet holiday and want to spend it in the bar or by the pool ; assuming you can get a sunbed then as long as you arent bothered what you eat you'll be fine. But if you want something for the kids with a bit of entertainment and decent snacks on tap , then I suggest you make a plan now.

We spent a lovely 10 days here. Pool bar was good, and although we didn't eat here, plenty of people looked like they were enjoying the food. There is also of plenty of night time entertainment. The pool used to get pretty busy with families (to be expected) so we didn't use the facilities, but the beach is lovely and only a short 10 minute walk away, on the flat. There are also plenty of nice bars, restaurants and mini markets in the bay. The staff were all very nice and pleasant and the room was modern and clean with sheets and towels changed daily. The air con was good and not charged extra which was a nice change. We had a nice balcony with lovely views over the gardens too. We really enjoyed our time here and wouldn't hesitate to visit both the hotel and Pissouri itself again.

We had the best time at hylatio toursit village, the location of pissouri is small with a couple of pubs but we easily rented a car to drive to paphos harbour and taxi was easy to get to pissouri village square. The room was clean and had everything we needed, cleaned well each day. All of the staff were amazing, friendly and gave us table service all night to refill drinks. Bar staff and cleaning staff amazing and always had a chat with us. The food was great, really good quality meals every night we enjoyed and plenty of cocktail options. This was honestly the best holiday place i have stayed at. Entertainment was also really enjoyable and the atmosphere was friendly, family vibes. I have no bad words about it, the staff did everything they could for us! The owner was lovely. Pool was very enjoyable for a relax. Thank you for an amazing holiday.

The Location is great, unique atmosphere and great value for Money. The rooms are well cleaned and the house keepers are always doing a good job leaving the room spotless. Our room was close to the pool and bar and there shows on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, but this finishes quite early just before bed time. The hotel staff are excellent right from the receptionist to the gardener. They treat everyone with respect and simply make feel at home away from home. Sedip and Sumina are just superb.

The location and hotel are truly amazing, could not fault any of it. The food at all inclusive is not a huge choice but it's a small hotel so is to be expected. We managed to eat and the children everyday and you can also order off a menu for an additional charge which is great value. The staff are second to none! Especially the lady Sun who cannot do enough for you and makes sure you have drinks to your table all evening. The owners and their family were also lovely and friendly to talk to. It's a quiter hotel but ourselves and our children had a fantastic week and will be retuning.
