Friendly staff, spacious room, close to the center. Bathroom to be reviewed, orange juice and breakfast coffee to be changed.

Very good, but often can not be booked

A fantastic Hotel.

We arrived at the hotel for vacation, we got a suite room, the reception staff is kind and takes care of any problem that arises, the room is large, clean and spacious. 2 showers, it is very unfortunate that outside to tidy up the room and change towels, toilet paper and tissue are not supplemented, as well as sugar and coffee tea by the kettle. We were offered to use the jacuzzi and sauna, which were opened free of charge, just to notify the reception half an hour before we want to go in there, the bubbles did not work in the jacuzzi and there was no one to notify on the spot. There is a gym next to it. The dining room is large and is also used as a restaurant after breakfast. Parking at the hotel is free. Based on available space, congresses and events can be held there, a good place for those who want to stay for the purpose of trips in the area.

Although I am normally uncomfortable with hotel accommodation, I would like to thank the receptionist Ms. Alexandra and the hotel manager Mr. Cristi, who made me feel like my second home. They quickly provided a solution to my requests during my 5-month stay in total.

On the beginning of June, I was invited at National Conferance in the field of water, which take of at Ramada Pitesti. All in all was in order with offer. Ratio price/ offer the best value. In rest allthe facilities of Ramada hotels there are. Recomand!

The reception staff are very nice and helpful especially Alexandra help me to get better room when I ask for change. The room is clean and good for stay. Breakfast service can be improved, sometime there is no clean table, even nobody ocupate the place.

Good rooms...and customer service.. Restaurant food was very good for a great price..Hotel maids got me a thinner pillow which was great....The fitness gym is o.k. for a hotel but across the street is Bismuth Gym and they have day passes for 15 Ron ($3.30) ...I would stay there again..

Mixed experience. While the reception staff could have been more friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean. I strongly advise against ordering the ham and cheese croissant. It was very disappointing for something so basic to come cold with an unexpected addition of whip cream and the ham and cheese appeared haphazardly sliced giving it an unappealing presentation that left much to be desired.

No soundproof anywhere, changed 4 times rooms, from 3rd to 8th floor, wedding music banging everywhere. Just hell. No hangers, soap, gel. Eater from shower splashing everywhere. Sneaker wearing receptionists unprofessionnal, nice and friendly but not efficient. Front desk manager just rude, no welcome or smile or anything, just : passport ! The level of hospitality here is a joke.

Nice modern hotel, conveniently located in the centre of Pitesti. Although the hotel is modern and new, it still has some old Romanian features, like oversized ball rooms. Rooms are pretty standard with small mini-bar. Bathroom is spacious and modern. Restaurant offers good foods and wines, the size of the menu has impressed me in all Romanian restaurants and this one met the standard . Reception was friendly and helpful,

Hideous hotel. Oomp Pah wedding bands playing until 3am every night making it impossible to sleep as the bass was vibrating all the rooms right up to the 5th floor! The rooms are small and stuffy and the phones don't work. Rude reception staff were unhelpful or understanding and the restaurant was so slow, it took over an hour to get served and food took another hour. Stay somewhere else.

Pros: •great wedding party (staff was well organized and the food tasty) •great Caesar salad •the rooms were clean •full length windows •discounted price because of the wedding- only 45€/room/night Cons: •only one functional elevator for everyone (8 floors for the guests and 7 weddings at the same time) •no toilet brush, only one pair of slippers and only one robe for two, not all rooms equipped with hangers •the rotating doors are unreliable •the bed had a U-shaped matress and hard-rock pillows •safe was locked We came to this hotel for a wedding. We were three people so we got two rooms: one single and one double. At the front desk we received to key cards for the two rooms, but when we asked which is the single we received no answer. Entering the rooms, they were both the same size and equally equipped: 4 towels, one bath robe, one pair of slippers. Before the religious ceremony we went for a snack in their restaurant: almost 2 hours before the ceremony and we asked in advance if it was possible to both eat and get there in time and the answear was yes. Our group of 5 was alone in the restaurant. After almost an hour we received our order. (Salad and pasta). They were not great not terrible. We wanted to leave some things in the safe but one was locked. Luckily we had two rooms and there was a usable one. The wedding party was great, the staff well organised and the food plenty. In the morning we went for breakfast in the ground floor restaurant. After about 40 minutes of wait, we got the wrong beverages because they didn't have all the ingredients and didn't bother to ask us what we wanted instead. And then we also got another yoghurt bowl and a caprese salad that lacked the crustini. On the other hand, the Caesar salad was spot on.

We attended the hotel for a friend's wedding. The room we were given had broken Aircon. We spoke to front desk around 3pm and they agreed to send a technician. We got back from dinner at 9pm to find the room was still 28°C. We popped down to reception to be told that the technician would not come today and we'd have to wait till the next day. They agreed to move our room after we requested. We weren't the only ones in this position, 2 other couplee needed to move rooms. In the main the staff were fabulous. The senior bar manager was brilliant with our large group and kept the drinks flowing. He let us know when he had other tables to service and was happy for us to approach the bar ourselves at such times. We really appreciated his fabulous hospitality. The wedding party was also great and the table service was absolutely impeccable. Upon leaving the hotel a number of our group found items had gone missing, this included passports, Levi's shirt, shoes and designer sunglasses. The hotel was contacted in relation to the passports, but they advised they weren't there. It seems a little unusual so many items went missing, but we were assured that rooms had been checked. Nonetheless due to the service from waiting staff in the bar and wedding it really made it an enjoyable stay.
