Holiday Inn Express & Suites PITTSBURGH WEST - GREEN TREE by IHG

Incredibly kind and effective staff on the check-in desk! I arrived late and was very tired, but they were so nice while being efficient at the same time. Got a complementary upgrade and they always made sure to greet you when walking by. It's the small things that make IHG great. Breakfast was express standard, but no complaints. The room was a presidential suite, and it was spotless and in great condition. Convenient location from the airport, but definitely need a car.

Overall, it was a good stay. Good size room. The breakfast included was ok. There were a lot of people, not enough seating and not much food selection. They did not refill food after 9 am!

Employees are very nice and helpful!

The front staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious. This one was for senior citizens that came in for a family event. We requested a room that was close and close to the elevator. Both of which were accommodated. There was appeared to be a blood stain on one of the comforters, but because it was a double room the seniors decided to put their luggage on the that bed. 

Great location. Showers and breakfast amazing great. Rooms were large but very dated and old in appearance
