Took my wife here to celebrate her birthday and when we got to the room we noticed the one chair was so marked up, we could’ve gotten a cleaner one at goodwill. Didn’t notice that the soaps and rod were ripped off the wall till we went to shower later that night. After the shower I went to fill our ice and it was half full of water. I’m not the type to complain, but for the price I wanted everything to be perfect for my wife for her birthday and the cleanliness wasn’t there.

It was incredibly noisy. I only realized in the morning that there were several huge air conditioning units right outside my window, about 2 meters away. I'm not sure if that's standard for the hotel. The sink was also broken, and the curtains wouldn't close properly.

Room was slightly run down, towels had holes in them, the curtains were shredded and stained in places, light fixture didn’t work, drawer to safe was broken.

Room clean, pillows nice, staff kind, pricing and quality of food excellent. Parking sucks. No in and out at the parking garage (across the street). Maybe more of a Pittsburgh problem. I paid $62 dollars across the street and $90 total in Pittsburgh over 2 days!

Spotless room, great beds & linens, friendly and attentive staff. Loved the ambiance and vibe of Braddock's Rebellion too. Will definitely stay at the Renaissance Pittsburgh again.
