Reviews of Omni William Penn Hotel

The overall environment was very good. I asked the front desk to pick up my car for me, but after waiting 40 minutes and going back to confirm, I found out that the staff member responsible for picking up the car for me had not been notified.

Very average hotel. It was once one of the most luxurious hotels in Pittsburgh, but it's been in serious decline. There was almost no service, the phone in the room didn't work (you had to go downstairs to get room service), and the cleanliness was average (there were even stains on the sheets). The shops and restaurants inside the hotel are almost closed. It snowed heavily when we checked in, and we couldn't go out during the day. As a result, there was no food in such a big hotel (only one bar was still open)! Finally, due to the overall design of this hotel, almost all the windows in the basic room types are inward facing (the window is opposite a wall), which makes it a bit claustrophobic.
