Comfort Inn - Hall of Fame

I chose this hotel by searching online and looking at what it had to offer. Overall, it was a nice place to stay at a reasonable price. Clean and the bed was comfortable. The biggest down fall was the breakfast. Not like what was shown in the pictures or the "top rated" claim in the description. There was no coffee cart as shown under the lobby spiral staircase. In fact, the coffee was not very good being distributed from a machine by pressing a button. Very small cups are used. The eggs seemed to be of the instant or powdered variety. The pastries offered were wrapped and did not taste very good. Staff was not keeping up with keeping the breakfast utensils supplied. No forks, ate waffle with difficulty using a knife and a spoon.

The rooms were clean, wish you didn't have to request a day in advance to request housekeeping. Breakfast was pretty decent. Quick to refill. Parking close but dirty.

Arrived at the property and saw the sign that the desk clerk would be back in 10 minutes. Found a room attendant 15 minutes later who spoke no English and provided zero help. 15 minutes later found another person who did speak English and finally got the desk clerk to show up. His explanation was he was off working on something??? So 3 things. 1. Don’t put a sign out that is not correct. 2. Have a phone on your person that will ring when someone calls the hotel like I did 3. Make sure staff can at a minimum communicate in English.

Staff was very helpful with late flight. Room was clean, TV had good service. Breakfast was good. Cleaning staff friendly!

The room and property were real clean, the property is just dated. The staff was very friendly. I would stay there again for the price.

Very friendly front desk staff, great room for the price . Clean, quiet and comfortable. Very good free breakfast.

When we checked in staff member was very friendly and very thorough. I watched her check in a group of golfers who were joking and teasing her. She was perfect for that position. She treated all of us with respect and handle the teasing like a pro. She set the tone for a great stay there. Breakfast staff person was also amazing. The dining room was packed with golfers and she hustled keeping everything stocked, eggs, sausage, waffle batter, pastries. She kept the place clean as well. There was ample handicap parking on both sides of entrance. Very quiet location, yet very close to shopping, restaraunts, and freeway. I will stay here again.

Check in was fast, the gentleman working the front desk was very friendly & helpful regarding restaurants and gas stations. Our bed was comfortable, our room was clean, and breakfast was well stocked.

We had an easy check in. It was a very quiet. The place was clean and the breakfast was good. . We would stay here again.
