I booked two nights (with no cancellation which I knew and was aware of the consequences). Had a family emergency the first and called to say I wouldn't be there the first but would be the second. Then when I showed for the second they had sold my room claiming I was a no-show and still charged me for both nights. For a week they've given me the run-around and played the name-game.
