As soon as we entered Sonny at the front desk made sure we where taken care of. We had a reservation at wind gate and it was canceled when we arrived. After find this super 8 location on line we called and spoke with Sonny and he made sure that we wouldn't have any issues up on arrival.. -Thanks Sonny-

horrible experience, would not stay again.. People hanging outside , box fans in the front area for check-in. The hallway was unfinished, carpet ripped our plastic hanging from the ceiling. It looked uninviting.

Place was clean and comfortable, staff was nice and I didn't have any issues checking in or out, location was really good easy access to major freeways 75 central expressway and George Bush plus they have free continental breakfast (sorry for any grammatical errors I did this w/my phone w/o my glasses)

Roaches. Horrible customer service . The manager treats everyone with disrespect and it makes you feel unsafe. I can’t describe to you how I felt staying there for the long 2 nights I was there. The beds were dirty and cigarette holes inside of the blanket. It would’ve been tolerable if it wasn’t for the nightmare of a management.

This is a great place to stay. Everyone is so nice. The area is something that I'm very familiar with and I like as well also when it comes to the service again everyone is so nice I just didn't care too much for the breakfast and the roach kindness took me for loop

It was dirty, refrigerator wasnt working and stunk when opened. Comforter was dirty woth multiple stains and cigarette burns on it. Room smelt like cigarettes and was supposed to be a nonsmoking room. I was supposed to be there 3 days. I cancelled 2 days and Orly stayed the first night because it was late and i did not want to try to find another room.

Not the cleaiest hotel to stay in. Very old building and uncomfortable beds. The breakfast was a joke and horrible.

The management was very helpful and courtesy! I will recommend. They showed much respect to me and had my room available before I arrived. They made sure I had a wonderful experience here in their establishment. I will be coming back again.
