Booked for surgery at medical city plano, wife stayed here instead overnight at hospital. Very clean, lots of lighting in parking lot. Breakfast is basic. Waffle maker, cereal, bread,jam and yogurt.

BED BUGS!!!!! I woke up with them crawling on my bed by my face! I have over 50 bites and had an allergic reaction later that evening. They refused to give me a refund FOR THAT NIGHT! They also had the nerve to say no one has ever reported bed bugs before. Looking back at their reviews, we found multiple reports of bedbugs (and other bugs). Check out the Yelp, Google reviews, and ******* reviews, in addition to the Trip Advisor reviews. My colleagues staying in another room saw them too when they flipped their mattress. They should be shut down and fumigated!  I have pictures of my bites, and also was able to take a picture of one of the bedbugs that I squashed. I also left that dead bed bug on a tissue in the bathroom, so the staff could see it. Their solution was to offer me another room. Bed bugs are an infestation.... in one room, in them all. I booked through *******, and when I posted my review of their hotel on *******, the hotel replied essentially saying I was lying, and that there was no evidence of any bed bugs and no previous reports of bed bugs. Even though I left one of the dead ones ON THE BATHROOM COUNTER FOR THEM TO SEE. This is borderline criminal negligence on their behalf. I reported it to corporate, I just hope something is done about it.

This hotel has bed bugs. We booked three days for a work trip across three different guests. We all woke up with bites and saw bugs scurrying away when we looked under the mattress. We captured one in a bag and gave it to the front desk. We have pictures. The front desk refunded our stay and said they would look into it. We got an email less than a few hours later saying they found no evidence of bed bugs and threatened us for saying it was a “false accusation.” Not good. We phone comfort inn corporate and they gave us some points. The refund and the points did not even cover: - having to dispose of our luggage - having to professionally dry clean our clothes -having to detail the car that carried our luggage since we drove ourselves -the cost of having to book another nearby hotel at short notice - the stress and exhaustion + being on a business trip and having to work and deal with this incompetence and nasty behavior. The hotel continued to deny the bug problem and will likely lie and comment on this post. You be the judge in if it’s worth it or if you would prefer to not risk carrying bed bugs home and ruining your personal belongings. Not worth it at all.

You certainly get what you pay for! Or room was large with a reasonably comfortable bed. The whole place screams- BASIC but as I said you get what you pay for and it was certainly cheap. It didn’t feel particularly safe. There were some ‘ odd’ characters wandering around the hotel. The door to our room looked and felt insecure and there was no safe in the room. This isn’t somewhere I’d recommend to my friends. Sorry

We booked only one night here, thank goodness. The A/C DID work in our room, so that's the plus to this review. The room wasn't really "clean" when we got in (just random wrappers & some small pieces of trash around/behind bed) but I didn't worry about it, as I was only needing somewhere to sleep. Not long after I laid down, a roach (pictured) was crawling on my bed! I hate roaches, so this was disgusting to me! I finally found it & killed it, but while looking for it, found ANOTHER small bug by the bed! (Also pictured). We've stayed at all kinds of hotels (mostly Choice brand, as we're Platium status) but this is the first time to have BUGS. Very gross.

Very good rooms, beds very good, clean room and clean bathroom. Breakfast was good, very clean area and well stocked. All staff very pleasant and friendly and helpful. Location was very good and plenty of parking spaces. Would have liked if breakfast was served til 10am everyday as it seemed a rush every morning to get down before 9am

We chose this hotel based on convenience for attending a funeral in the area. From check in to check out this experience wasn’t good. It was so bad that we only stayed one night and forfeited the second night and drove home when we planned on resting up for the drive home. We requested upper floor when we made the reservation but were given first floor. We went to the room and it smelled horrible. We went back up to the desk and told them it stunk and we had requested an upper floor and wanted to move rooms. They accommodated us. We moved to the second floor. That room stunk like Chinese food. I opened the window when we left to air it out so it was just okay after airing out. The beds were so hard that neither of us slept comfortably. They refused to give us extra towels until we brought them the used ones. There were nails sticking up in the carpet which we folded a towel to place over them so we didn’t step on them. The carpet was very dirty and in bad need of shampooing. When we tried to check out a day early front desk staff were M.I.A. so keys were left on the front desk. Hopefully they figured it out. Lots of traffic noise from the highway. Constant fan didn’t come close to drowning out all the noise. We will never stay here again or recommend this hotel to friends/family.

Most of the staff were fairly friendly. The continental breakfast was kept stocked and clean. However, if you have a pet don't expect your deposit back. $100 pet deposit. They inspected our room after checkout and saw 2 small tufts of hair and refused to refund us! I assume they have vacuums? Don't say you are pet friendly if you're not!!!

Excellent hotel. Clean. Free breakfast. I stayed in a king suite. Very nice. The one and only complaint...the coffee in room and at breakfast was not good quality at all. That won't prevent a repeat visit, but it is something easy for the hotel to correct.

Frustrated w/ their policies regarding visitors. After returning to the hotel early in the morning from an all night outing, my friends and I went to the breakfast area to get something to eat and one of the employees approaches and said that my friends needed to leave because they are not allowed in my hotel room nor in the breakfast area as my guests. I get totally that you know if you have a guest they're going to be eating more food and that takes away from the profits of the hotel. Just wish they had been more friendly.
