We visited this hotel in July this year and had a fabulous time. Right from the start from our very welcoming arrival , the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. The advantages to this hotel are on arrival the bags were taken up whilst we enjoyed a welcoming drink at the bar. Fresh clean towels were provided everyday for the beach. The rooms were cleaned daily and clean towels provided. The rooms were spacious and clean with the safe and Aircon included in the price of the holiday. Also a massive cost saving was the private sunloungers provided everyday outside on the private beach. The breakfast choices were substantial, with a lovely view of the beach and sunrise. Every evening after a lovely meal , we were able to have a drink on the veranda over looking the beautiful beach and sea view. In fact we had such a great time we have already booked for next year with more family for 2 big events Mum and Dad's special 45th wedding celebration and my Nephew's 13th birthday. Mum and Dad are hoping they get the same fabulous room! Thank you to the staff for such an amazing holiday. Can't wait to be back, see you next year!

This is a wonderful hotel. It has the best location in zakynthos town. I received a room with a balcony overlooking the port, and it was amazing! The staff is also incredible—thank you Natasha for your wonderful concierge service! The breakfast is beyond delicious, and the rooftop bar has unforgettable views of the town. I have seen some reviews mentioning the rooms needing renovation; I felt very comfortable and please keep in mind this is an island in greece, not Manhattan. It’s a top pick for Zante town.

Don't take part in a day trip to the hotel. It's a very boring sixty euros for a person, a child for 40, a strong hotel for 65 euros a day, a car rental is only forty or fifty euros driving, is the most correct choice, I do Airport bus to the bus station, walk to the hotel 1.8 Euro. Blue hole plus Shipwreck Bay 20 Euro per person, children free. It is worth going to go to Greece, Zhaji is a must, it is beautiful. Ctrip is a very responsible booking network, the price is the cheapest, no matter what other international reservations are booked.

The appearance of the hotel is good, the service attitude is poor, give me a room that is too small for my suitcase to be flat. I went to the front desk and asked for a room change. I also gave me a room with eight air-conditioning hosts outside the balcony. The noise is very big, I gave it to Ctrip, indicating that I will change the room for me. I went to the front desk to borrow needles, or the woman said no, and another woman gave me a box of needles. The old woman at the front desk had a bad attitude. It is recommended to prepare a careful consideration for this hotel. The bed in the room is placed against the wall, which is inconvenient. We are from 2020.6.3, Grandpa Lily said that we are the first group of guests after the epidemic. We booked the room with a large balcony on the top floor! This balcony is also super worth it, the scenery is really great. You can see the sunrise in the morning and the scenery at night is also very good, the sky and the sea are different from day to day. You can see the sea when you lie in bed. Grandpa Lili really likes China and WeChat. Their hotel also has many day trip options. Grandpa Lili has lived on this island for 30 years and is very familiar with the island and will take us to many beautiful places. The water pressure in the hotel bath is not stable and the facilities are average. The location and scenery are first class. There is no word to describe how comfortable we felt during our stay at Christina’s place. We spontaneously booked her room, within 2 hours the room was perfect cleaned and she welcomed us warmly. Christina’s place is so pretty and very clean(!). The room was cleaned on daily basis and has everything we could have asked for. We could reach Christina anytime and she was very helpful. Moreover she gave our many many Tipps on where to go and where to eat. There is a beach 10 min. From the apartment by foot. And supermarkets and bakery Herz near by. I highly recommend Christina for anyone who wants to visit Zakynthos. @christina thank you so much for saving our vacation and for everything!

We stayed in 108 an executive spacious room. Walk in shower - very well done. Very comfortable bed and good pillows No pool but beach 2 mins away but pebbles so need shoes and hotel dies not provide towels. The hotel told us to walk a little further and we found a much nicer beach - only 5 mins walk. Also had excelled wifi on the beach. Must not drink the water - hotel provides drinking water for the first night only, subsequent nights you must buy your own. TV but only Greek channels nothing else Wifi free but tends to be slow and weak. Hotel said they thought it had been upgraded but are also frustrated and constantly calling their service providers. Breakfast was excellent with fresh orange juice and good coffee. Staff wonderful and gave us some good restaurant recommendations- food surprisingly v good! They were a bit mean on tissues though and had to ask for a top up and was given a small wad to stuff into the tissue box! Highly recommend this boutique hotel.
