Staff are absolutely amazing.But the rooms need updating I stayed here 10years ago and the rooms haven’t changed at all same carpet and furniture .The sun-loungers are also the same and need replacing .My friend and I were shocked as we paid nearly £200 a night and it just wasn’t worth the money have stayed in a lot nicer rooms for the price we were disappointed.

Have a great stays here. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is big enough for 2 persons and it was very clean. The calamari we ordered from the hotel is very delicious.

I made a reservation and nowhere did it say that the pool was not working... they should say that and not mislead people... I got frustrated when I went up to the 9th floor and it was empty... otherwise everything was fine.

We booked a two-bed room with a sofa bed, which was pretty good. There is Macy's nearby, although the merchandise is limited and the styles are old. It is recommended to ask the front desk for a room with a better view. The front desk service is average.
