Plantation Inn Hotel and Lounge Reviews

What a horrible place! When we arrived (2 single ladies) there was a police car in the drive way. But we knew things were not good when we went to go into the reception area and it was locked.. who locks the door in the middle of the day??!! The staff was pleasant enough. When we tried to get into our room on the ground floor we had to get by a group of young men standing out side smoking. When we did get it the room was horrible. I have stayed in some not so great room over my travel time but this room was not worth $20 a night let alone $120!.. We immediately told the desk person that we did not feel safe here , all she said was call Priceline. Well we might as well took the phone and shoved it as all Priceline would do is offer us 15% off our next purchase. The room was run down, dirty, looked like a fight had taken place, holes in walls, curtains, mold etc. and seemed not safe with police presence and hangers outside our room. WE BOUGHT ON PRICELINE BUT NEVER WILL AGAIN. I ALWAYS THOUGHT I COULD TRUST THE PROPERTIES THEY SELL BUT APPARENTLY THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY SELL AND EVEN WORSE DON'T CARE ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY.
