My bathroom was not cleaned when I arrived. There were used dirty towels on the floor, garbage in waste basket, used bar soap and a dominos box with pizza still inside.

The person at the front desk, Chris, was the most unfriendly and unwelcoming person I've ever experienced at a hotel.
He seemed like I was a bother that he had to get rid of.
He never mentioned what time breakfast was, how to access the WiFi or even say enjoy your stay. Things are just common at every other hotel I've ever stayed
It will be back to the Holiday Inn Express for my future visits to Plattsburgh.

I liked the property and the hotel looks nice and it was clean in the room but the tiles in the bathroom was broken and the hot tube was cloudy and the shower in the pool area didn't have hot water and it's dead of winter breakfast could have been better oh and the bed was to high my husband had a had time getting in being handicapped

The only uncomfortable thing were the pillows. The room was completely fantastic and the bathroom was stocked with towels and soap and shampoo

Very quiet and comfortable. Very good staff, helpful and friendly. There was a bit of a smell when we first got into our room but I think it was stale air, no air movement for awhile. It went away fairly quickly when we turned on the air system. The bathroom could use a update. Overall very pleased though.

Really comfortable suite, the only issue is that for the second time when we arrived there was no one at the front desk for 1/2 hour… same guy both times

Lovely hotel. Very clean. The breakfast fast included which was great. Will highly reconsider staying here for my next trip to Plattsburgh.
