Well overall we found the resort very nice , clean and tidy rooms left very clean with fresh towels most days . Pool area is big and the pools are lovely with a very shallow pool for the very little ones . There cold but it’s early in the season so that will change as the weather improves. Pool bar is terrible to be honest food is very bland so much more could be done with it hamburgers are left in a tray for far to long so are cold , sandwiches are available but on trying the bread is stale, better getting a burger roll and making your own , drinks are available you take your chances with the wines , cocktails are available but anything decent there’s an extra charge . Food is far better at lunchtime at the waterpark food is available for 12 til 2pm and is fresh and plentiful with lots of salad . Main restaurant again lacks any imagination with no themed nights of what we could see and food sometimes taking a while to be refreshed , breakfast is similar with pastries sometimes difficult to get croissant are like gold dust , evening entertainment is good there’s a kids club before so if you don’t want to be involved better to eat a bit later to catch the show around 9pm bar service is good with soft drinks and coffees on a self service set up . Overall we enjoyed are stay were massive fans of Lanzarote and have visited many times we fancied a different side of playa blanca as were normal over papa***o side , so that’s were we’ll be when we re visit I’m sure many will enjoy there stay here staff are very friendly and can’t do enough just needs the food issue and quality to be looked at .

So pleased with our stay. The hotel is clean, staff are friendly, facilities are great (pools, water park) and the Entertainment team work so hard to give everyone a fabulous time. Special shout out to Boris and his team for making our son feel so welcome. He loved the kids club too. Food is good, there is something for everyone. We stayed in a suite with hot tub as 5 of us. Lovely to have our own space. Hotel suitable for young children and has a family feel. Visit to volcanoes a must whilst here.

Arrived 19th Febuary for a week. Flying with Jet2. 2 Adults 2 Children aged 9 & 11. Staff- amazing very polite, caring and helpful. Entertainment team brilliant. Location. 5 minute walk to the beach from the back gate. (Other side of the hotel entrance) 10 minutes walk to a few bars and restaurants. 20 minute walk along the front to the Main area were the majority of bars and restaurants are situated and 40 minute walk to the marina(from the hotel). €5 in a taxi from the marina to the hotel. We climbed the volcano at the back of the hotel, just for the experience it tools us 50 minutes to reach the top. Rooms. We stayed in room 317 Everything we needed lovely little bungalows, kettle fridge. TV. Bath, my only critique is they do need updating (modernising) but we only slept in them and got changed in them. Hotel - pool excellent one big pool not heated - baby pool and smaller pool heated. My kids played in them all day with no issue. Aqualand- brilliant add on can go back and forth all day do a few slides and mix your day up. Perfect for the age of my children. 9 & 11. 5 large slides- lazy river - splash park and wave pool. All inclusive food and drinks. (Food 12.30-2) Food & restaurant- overall something for us to eat every morning-lunch-night. Full English for breakfast, lunch we would go to the snack bar or the water park or inside the restaurant - Tea time- again plenty of choice no issues. But even though we are all inclusive we liked to go out of an evening. Drinks- plenty of choice- fizzy pop- wine and beer on tap. Plus spirits (local) behind the bar. Overall the drinks were decent. Visiting Lanzarote is my first time. I have visited Tenerife, fuertaventura and Gran Canaria and I very rarely visit the same location, as I like to see the world, but I will definitely be back to Lanzarote maybe even next year. Beautiful place. I would definitely come back to this hotel, great location, great staff, brilliant week.

We had a really good week here on the 14th march , we had a private transfer so arrive before the bus and check in took about 10 min as there was people in front of us , payed €20 deposit for pool towels the one thing I do disagree with is charging u to change them £2:50 think that’s unfair as it is all inclusive. Bungalow were ok for me and my 2 boys and it was nice and quiet . Food was good I never struggled with anything to eat but my sons did they are fussy eaters, lunch wasn’t up to much but we did go to the water park for food as it was really good up there , cocktails were good not strong neither was the cava . Entertainment team were good , took my son to kids club but he wasn’t fussed about it . We also went to the water park which was good too . If u head out the back gate u can head to the beach and there is shops and bar there is also a sport bar called popeye further along to watch football and food is also good in there.

I stayed in a royal villa for 7 days, The service was very helpful and full of energy. At dinner and breakfast they were very quick and speady and your plate was cleared very quickly. The food was amazing there was so much to try and lots of the classics but also lots of new things to try aswell. But as we got to lunch the water park food was amazing but in the restaunt I felt like the food was more dinner like. The phasilities was great, the pools at the hotel were nice and the sun loungers. But as you got a bit hungry and wanted a little snack I felt the pool bar had little to offer and we offyrn had to go to the shop in site to buy a sanck. The entertainment team was just amazing I loved it do much from activities through out the day to evening entertainment. A big huge well-done to Boris and the team it was great. I really enjoyed my time here and I'd defently come back again soon. The views were great as we ventured out of the hotel by flamingo beach we could clearly see fortenventura and the walk into playablanka was just great.

great value family hotel- we stayed end of march for ten nights and I was a little nervous after reading the reviews but I have to say overall we had a fantastic stay- our 5 kids are aged from 9-14 and all loved the hotel pool, and we visited the water park 3-4 times. The water park isn’t massive but has slides big enough for teens, and great smaller pools for little ones. I’m not sure we would have paid to go there but as part of the all inclusive offering we thought it was a great extra. The food in the hotel was brilliant. Great variety (mexican and indian night while we were there) and lots of different dishes, yes they obviously repeat dishes but most hotels do, and there was always loads to choose from, we especially loved the breakfast buffet and fresh churros and pancakes. The staff working in the restaurant and bar worked so hard, and were always friendly and kind, despite often being run off their feet. The animation team/entertainment was also what we considered a good extra. Our kids are a bit older but often wanted to watch the nightly show even if the kids disco wasn’t their cup of tea, and this was always packed out by younger kids. Location of hotel is awesome too- so close to beach (10 min walk if that) which is lovely and sandy with a few shops and bars etc. Overall this was our first time to lanzarote and we loved it, and loved the hotel, would definitely stay here again.

Just left yesterday after a great week. Couldn't fault any of it , the reception staff , restaurant staff and cleaners all lovely and hard working. The entertainment team were great for the kids. Even though it was very busy over Easter holidays the food and choice of food was great everyday and plentiful. The water park and local beach were excellent as well. Lovely holiday thank you , hope we can return next year!
