Y ayant séjourné il y a deux ans la crise est vraiment passée par la surtout au niveau restauration .
L’hôtel accueil 80 % de tourismes Allemand qui mange saucisses lard œufs fayots sauce tomate ect au petit déjeuné et qui ne sont pas présent au déjeuné qui lui ressemble a un repas de cantine vraiment moyen, plats sans cesse recycles déserts sur 15 jours toujours les mêmes gâteaux et tartes servis encore congelés crème dessert au nombre de 6 ou 8 pour 300 personnes. le soupé n'est pas mieux . Je ne conseil vraiment pas a fuir même a moins d'aimer la nouriture bas de gamme et repetitive

We booked this last minute for some much needed winter sun. Lovely hotel with extremely friendly staff. The room was lovely and large and very clean. We were in room 504 which was on the ground floor with a large patio and stunning views towards Fuerteventura. There were 2 large pools and a baby pool. The smaller of the 2 pools was heated and pleasant to use. The other one was unheated and freezing. There were plenty of sun beds around the pool, but as it was the beginning of January it was pretty quiet, We were extremely lucky with the weather. It was hot and sunny all day with average temperatures off about 22/23 degrees. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the lack of choice of food. The food was tasty but not enough choice and variety. We ate out 1 night as it was my birthday at Mamma Rossa on the seafront. It was amazing and I highly recommend it. We walked here which took around 30 mins and then took a taxi back which was €5 There is an excellent local bus service that runs every 30 mins and costs a flat fare of €1.40. Ideal for going to Marina Rubicón which is well worth a visit. Overall a lovely relaxing holiday. I would definitely recommend the Alyssa Suites and can’t wait to return.

Very clean complex. Staff good. Rooms excellent. Sea views from some. Pools and bar good. Restaurant !!. Breakfast very good. Lunch inadeqauate better off with burger or toastie from pool bar. Evening meal no better. Would have expected better from four star. Plenty of choice but not good. Hot food section poor. Having said that the veiws from outside terrace brilliant.

Lovely last min getaway. Room and pool spotless. We had a two bed apartment. One double, one twin with a lounge and shower/toilet. AC worked perfectly Perfect wee hol. All the staff were so helpful and cheery which makes your hol. Lovely food lots to choose from. My girls veggie and she had plenty of choice. The lifeguard/first aider had to administer first aid to my girl following an incident with an electric scooter(Avoid they're just too dangerous) The lifeguard /first aider was very helpful and checked on her over the next couple of days. Thank you.

Loved this hotel! The bungalow style accommodation was fab, food there was something for everyone and loved the fact it was quieter than other hotels we have stayed in. Big complaint though were the beds were awful. We are a family of 4 and the settee bed was awful so noisy and uncomfortable the other two beds weren’t much better too hard! Would stay again if the beds are changed

Honest review writing this on our last night at this hotel. The staff at this hotel are lovely we didn’t encounter a problem at all with them and nothing was too much trouble. The food me and my husband liked but our children (11 and 8) the food wasn’t to their liking. The hotel itself is situated a walk into play blanca which takes around 20-30 Minute something we liked to do after dinner to walk it off then catch a taxi (5 euros) back the location didn’t bother us at all. I loved the fact this hotel isn’t busy and bit more quieter than other family hotels. We had no problem getting a sun lounger any time of the day (holiday 4th-11th April) the pools we loved never too busy and I liked the fact that although there is a lifeguard present he allowed children to play and have inflatables and other water games. The big let down (hence my score) was the bed. We are a family of 4 me and my husband average size however my children are old for their age and the pull out bed was horrendously uncomfortable so were the other beds very hard. The hotel is lovely and if the beds were sorted I would stay here again.

There are several points to accompany this place getting a terrible score. 1- I had a room with two single beds and then a sofa bed. I travelled with two kids who had the beds-which are rock hard and one of the most uncomfortable places I’ve slept. I took the sofa bed most nights which again was extremely uncomfortable, very flimsy mattress and could feel the bars of the sofa bed through it. I complained about it and they put a ‘mattress topper’ on which consisted of a fluffy blanket. Very difficult to imagine that a hotel should provide such poor quality beds. 2- the food was substandard with little to no veg options and very little in the way for children. 3- rooms aren’t particularly clean.

Had enjoyable 9 days at resort, staff in majority really helpful but all overwhelmed at busiest time of year. Only 1 staff member at only place to get drink when restaurant not open. After 12 often cooking cleaning and doing drinks. Felt when at capacity just too small, couldn’t get subbed if didn’t go first thing. I’m sure this won’t be the case after Easter holidays. Food nice, plenty for all but fussiest eater. Rooms good size although cheap mattresses on sofa bed especially. Don’t understand why in separate master bedroom would have 2 single beds which weren’t great. Shower room nice. Hotel grounds well maintained and clean. Kids had great time lots of other English kids there that they played with. Biggest moan was wifi truly awful unless you were in reception. In summary nice hotel in lovely area with great views but probably a bit small in terms of facilities and staff for peak Easter period

Loved the style of the room, particularly the outside patio area, toilet seat hanging off and had to lift the plug in the sink to drain. Interior was very dated, bottom of wardrobe doors warped and net curtains all stained at the bottom and also ripped in the bedroom. Insufficient sun beds at pool when it was very hot and sunny this week, all had towels on before 8am!! Felt extremely sorry for whoever was manning the pool bar, they were all very helpful and friendly but left to man this often on their own at busy times having to cook food and also do drinks. Restaurant was always good, food hot and varied and topped up regularly, tables cleared quickly when people had finished. Reception staff always friendly and helpful.
