I’m currently laying on the balcony writing this review… We’ve only been here for 3 days so far but writing a 5 star review for this hotel is easy. I booked directly with the hotel, we came for my partners bday, and they were so accommodating and when we arrived they left lots of balloons in the room. I booked the deluxe suite as he runs a business so has to work even when on holiday. The suite is really lovely. It has a hot tub on the balcony, a huge double shower, a massive comfy bed and a living room with a desk (perfect for laptop). He’s been able to work and then come out and use the balcony when he’s free so it’s been perfect for us. We’re staying half board and the food is fresh, hot and there’s enough choice without it being too much. From reading other reviews I thought the hotel was in Veronica’s but it’s not. It’s a 5 min walk away and perfect to walk to bars, the beach and shops. All the staff are friendly and it’s just a really nice, chilled, clean and welcoming hotel. I’ll 100% be coming back. The only thing to note if you book a hot tub room is it’s set at 36 degrees, so you need to speak to the pool man who will show you how to adjust the temp. We’ve set ours to 17 as it naturally gets warmer from the sun but is cool enough to use in the day time.

Just got home from an amazing stay at vanilla garden hotel. We felt super relaxed from arriving. Rooms spotless, comfy bed and plenty of storage space. Pool area is beautiful, again spotlessly clean and lovely bar to get cocktails and drinks. We did bed and breakfast, loads of choice at breakfast. Rafa, who is the chef at breakfast making pancakes, omelettes etc is so friendly and helpful. We also upgraded to dinner buffet for 3 nights and found this to be great choices and delicious food. This was perfect for us as we had a few nights eating out and then 3 in the buffet. Staff were all fantastic, so helpful and professional. Shout out to Sarah for looking after us so well. Location was great, about 20 mins walk to safari centre but plenty of bars/ beach within 10 mins walk. We personally didn’t find Veronica’s noisy at all from the hotel. Top tip, pani club across the road do a lovely brunch/ lunch. We went here twice! Overall a lovely, chilled, relaxing stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Well, what a little Oasis this beautiful hotel is. What a great find! From check in with a glass of fizz to the friendliness of the staff, I am delighted we stayed here. Fantastic location, short stroll to the beach and all the bars and restaurants along the seafront. What an absolute pleasure it was to go out for lunch, sit on the front and lap up the beautiful sun and scenery. Some fab restaurants for the evenings out. This hotel is a real gem. Spotlessly clean and great facilities. It was easy to get a sunbed most times of the day. Management, whatever you are paying Receptionist Maria is not enough.........she went above and beyond any service I have ever experienced. A total asset to your hotel. We will certainly be back.

Stayed here for a week and from the moment we arrived until we left we were very happy with the hotel . All staff were friendly, helpful and respectful. The whole hotel was kept spotlessly clean including swimming pool area. The restaurant buffet was varied and delicious. It was close to busy areas so I was a bit worried about noise carrying to the hotel. However , there was no noise. We hired e-bikes for the week and the hotel had a safe, secure area to store and charge them. All in all a great stay in a great hotel . Thank you to all the Vanilla Garden Hotel staff.

We have just spent a glorious week at this hotel. There is not one bad thing to say about it, staff great, rooms great, food great, location great, the list goes on..... If you decide to book here, you certainly won't be disappointed. Can't wait to return.

First time we have visited this Hotel, It won’t be the last. We enjoyed the stay we wish we had booked longer. The stay was perfect chilled relax and nothing was too much trouble. The staff are a credit and the grounds are stunning. Beautiful pool comfy sun beds. Thank you for an amazing holiday.

We visited here in November-December 2024. The hotel was exactly how it looks in the pictures, it was very nice. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with any questions or queries. The food was great. I would definitely recommend to visit here.

Vanilla Boutique Hotel itself is a lovely place to stay with beautiful surroundings, extremely helpful friendly staff and the food caters for all tastes(apart from vegans). One downside to our stay was that we were in a room facing the Gala Hotel which has constant noise either from the dustman at 3.20 am,bottles being emptied into dump bins late at night or their staff coming and going with a gate that would continuously slam and keep people awake. I understand this is no fault of the Vanilla Garden Hotel but some compromise needs to be made .

Fabulous boutique style hotel. Staff are ex ceptional and very kind. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice of food. An ideal hotel for a complete rest and relaxation. Close to the beach and entertain if you so wish. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back !
