Really nice location 10-15 min walk to the busy sea front and wonderful restaurants/bar The apartment is clean and the staff very helpful and very polite , everything thing that’s required for self catering Pool area good for your chill days with bar and restaurant Would deffo come back

My second time here and I love it as much as the first time. All staff are friendly and polite. If you want the maids they will come in and if not they will give you towels etc and leave you be. Yes it’s a little way out but I prefer it for that it’s more peaceful than being in the thick of things. We walk down and get a taxi back. Good poolside bar and cafe. Amstel is 2.90 euro a pint. Small breakfast 5 and big breakfast 8 euro. You have to pay for the safe and WiFi but still works out cheaper than a hotel where it is included. We always stop in room 254 which is at the back of the complex and private but we like it as like others it has a balcony and roof top terrace. Grounds are well kept. A small supermarket on site for essentials but turn left out of the hotel for a Tu Tempo supermarket or right for a Supermercado both are approximately 10-15 mins walk away. Would I come back ? 100 💯 I’m booked for November and can’t wait.

Granada park apartments are a lovely place to stay. The rooms are clean, tidy and have enough space for a family of four to comfortably live. The pool area is a great space, well maintained with plenty of sun loungers. It has a bar manned by friendly staff, and a little shop for the necessities. It’s a good place to have as a home base, just far enough out of the main strip for the quiet evenings, but only a 7€ taxi trip into Playa de las Américas, or you can make use of the free shuttle bus that runs during the day. We booked Granada Park with the addition of unlimited access to the Siam Park waterpark. I would definitely recommend this option. Overall, a lovely place to stay.

I'm picky but this is definitely a place to come for a cheap family holiday. There's a supermarket a little walk away and everything is within a cheap taxi ride (approximately 7-10 euros). Siam park is just up the road 15 mins from the airport in a transfer Very clean Attentive staff Good food choices at the on site restaurant - cheap prices including drinks Extras to pay for - WiFi and safe ( didn't bother us though) We came last April and we came back again. Possibly worth another visit because the prices have been good.

We have stayed at this resort before, and we loved it. It is out of the way, but you can walk to Los cristianos in about 15 minutes. The staff are great and it has made for a simple uncomplicated holiday. Taxis at the bottom of the road are frequent, and reception will call one or you if you ask. We have had 2 enjoyable holidays here and lots of activities in playa de las Americas. This holiday only had one complaint. The selfish people next door playing music and drumming on pans at 2.30,3.00 in the morning on the balcony. Not the hotels fault though. Would still recomend.

Booked with jet2 as it was very cheap and in the school holidays. Our main reason for booking was it included unlimited access to Siam park. We used it as a base, spent our days in the waterpark and evenings in playa de las Americas. Its location meant we used taxis a lot, but we factored this in when booking and decided as it was so cheap it was worth it. Taxis to Siam park and las Americas were 7-10 euros. We walked into town too it took about 20-25 mins. Reception staff friendly and helpful, check in was fast. Safe was 30euro a week. Rooms are dated but clean and comfy. In summer they may be hot as no aircon only ceiling fans. We used bar for breakfast and drinks, food was good and reasonably priced. Shop on site well stocked and cheap enough. Can’t comment on the pool area as we didn’t use it. Seemed a little lifeless, very quiet not many guest and music from bar cannot be heard around pool. We had a great time but would only book these apartments again with Siam park included.

Large apartment. Floors dirty but beds clean. Sofa bed needs renewed and pillows could be better. We didn't use any kitchen utensils but well stocked and an oven!! Shower good hot water plentiful. Onsite restaurant food nice beer was not good. Knew it was far out. Bus to front twice a day. Female driver was not pleasant to the point of rude...All other staff onsite very friendly. Still a good holiday tho!

The apartment was really good. The TV had 5 English channels . A phone to contact reception. I swam in the large pool every morning it was a little cold but I soon warmed up. There was no Entertainment at night , the walk to Los Cristianos was about 20 mins. Shower. Bath and shower, hot water was plentiful ..there is a large Supermarket about 10 minute walk away which is a lot cheaper than the little shops near by...Weather was fantastic overall a great holiday..xx

Great hotel away from the main town but free shuttle bus daily. Friendly staff, good fairly priced food and drink.

I’m here at the minute and having a fab time. Asked in advance for a top floor apartment in the hope I got a roof top terrace as well as a balcony. Granada acknowledged my request and then gave it so I got the roof top terrace. There is a small supermarket on site for bits and bats. A larger supermercado around 10-15 mins walk away which is cheap as chips. Around 20 -25 mins walk down into Los Cristianos or Playa de las Americas and same back or you can get a taxi. On site pool bar and cafe which has breakfast lunch and evening meal at decent prices. Holiday music playing. Didn’t use the pool but there seemed to be plenty of sunbeds available. All staff are happy and very friendly. Room a little tired but adequate. Brought our own washing up liquid etc as not provided but that’s no biggy. Not much water or pressure especially at going out at night time. Would I return ? 💯!! Had a brilliant time and can’t wait to come back. I think when Granada Park was All inclusive then it struggled and received bad reviews now it’s Self Catering it has found its feet with clientele etc and is thriving. Be glad of the quiet at night and the great price you will pay here,have fun in the sun and you can’t go wrong and will have a fab time !!

Excellent budget break, rooms clean. Nice pool area, bar and shop. As others have stated it is a bit out from the main areas but this is reflected in the price and we didn’t mind the walk. Would definitely visit again. ......................

Booked a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with friends. The accommodation was fab. Clean, big and the balcony got the sun too. Had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is located about 30 minute walk from the centre but we sometimes got a taxi, so cheap. There is a hill to climb to the hotel so not for you if you’re unfit. We had a really good time and would recommend if the location suits you.

My girlfriend and I were desperate to get some sunshine after a dismal British winter so we booked a Valentine's week stay at the Granada Pk Apartments. Luckily enough the weather was perfect all week and what made it all the more enjoyable were the apartments themselves. The room was very spacious and had all the kitchen wares we needed. Everything was cleaned to a high standard and the pool area was spotless and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A minor maintenance issue on a Sunday evening was sorted very quickly. People had warned me beforehand of the long walk into town and down to the beaches but there is a free courtesy shuttle service (there and back) and the walk isn't that bad in the sun. There is food and drink available. We only had drinks and they were reasonably priced. Maid service 5 days a week. I would definitely return and would recommend.

These apartments were not the best, far away from all amenities, the apartments were very dated with no air conditioning and no entertainment at night with a bar that closes early, not the best.
