Our second visit of Palma and must admit I love it even more. The hotel is very well organised and clean. Our room got cleaned daily and even that April is very quiet month the pools were very well looked after. The food was nice but our favourite bit is definitely the kids disco. We came here to celebrate our son's 5th birthday and the best part of our 6day trip was the hotel entertainment. The DJ it's something different! Always smiling, super friendly and made our son and us feel special. If everyone loved their jobs as he does, holidays would be full with only great memories!!! Highly recommend the hotel and especially the kids programs for the youngest!

Great hotel for family stay near the beach. Lots of restaurants in walking distance and beautiful beaches. Lots for the kids to do including kids club and disco with Ray! Would recommend getting breakfast included - well worth it! Rooms were clean and a good size and have a balcony.

The best experience it was the entertainment at night, high quality shows and the best animation, Ray and Marlin. It was so worth it !! Will come again just for the experience at night! So much fun. Jaime was also the best bartender. All the personnel was very friendly and helpful

The whole atmosphere was amazing, the staff was amazing, never felt more welcome in a hotel than this one. Always something on every night. General vibe with just 10/10. Highly recommend this place... Must have a special shout out for Ray Chocolate, he is such a vibe!

Delicious breakfast and clean rooms. Enjoyed the evening entertainment with Ray and Marlene- live music, quiz etc. The staff were very friendly. They also have a great swimming pool. The hotel also has a great location and is quite close to the beach and the airport too.

Amazing experience! Hotel was amazing, staff were fabulous. Entertainment was really good especially Ray Chocolate 😊 can’t wait to come back again. Room was very clean and had a beautiful stay. We did not eat here but the food looked exceptional, we did however drink plenty and the cocktails come highly recommended 😍😂 Thank you Team!!

Really enjoyed the evening family entertainment ! The Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Reception staff were welcoming too. Good breakfast with a a wide selection of foods ( warm and cold). Look forward to returning in the future .

Very good service and friendly staff. Good fun program for kids. Maintenance can be better . Good breakfast spread. Loved the dance and games for kids. Staff were very friendly and loving to the kids . Pool for little ones and a indoor heated pool for rainy days.

Had a great time children loved it! They loved the entertainment, wished it was longer!! Would highly recommend and would like to come back. Staff were very friendly and helpful, everywhere was clean. Only draw back was limited parking. Everything else was awesome thank you!
