very nice pools with a total of 5, hv live music in the evening. The tourist guy tell us that this is the most popular hotel in summer for Palma. I would defly stay here again in summer.

Great stay with great food. Some of the staff are not very friendly, and many look very tired. But hotel itself is great with amazing people serving breakfast and dinner, they are making your stay very pleasant.

Fabulous experience, rooms lovely and spacious and very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was lovely great selection. The only thing that was disappointing was the bar closed at 11:30. Roof top bar was amazing watching the sunset

Everything was perfect. The staff was very polite and helpful, the room was clean and exactly like the photos. The breakfast was really perfect and offered a variety of options. Different pools with different views as well as the sauna and spa area make for a wonderful experience.

We booked a high-rise sea view room, but we were assigned a poor side building. The white man at the front desk said that there were no rooms left, as if to say that you Chinese are stupid and have a lot of money, and it's a bargain for you to stay here. It makes people feel naked, isn't it racist... The swimming pool is just for decoration, and it's not allowed to be used at 7 o'clock... I don't know why Ctrip gave it five stars. I wouldn't book this kind of express hotel for 500 yuan

Convenient transportation, only 15 minutes drive from the airport, surrounded by a long beach with many water activities, boat rentals, bars and restaurants. I couldn't go into the sea because it was winter, but there was a spa, and after taking a steam sauna and a regular sauna, there was a small pool, so I researched it in advance and brought my swimsuit, which was a great decision! Next time I would like to go again in the summer.
