酒店位置很好，沙灘走路5分鐘可達，鬧中取靜，房間比較大，早餐豐富，環境優美，離機場20分鐘左右車程，打車22元。第一站轉換插頭遺忘在房間內。

Not enough staff at the pool area to take drink orders, same of an evening with drink orders
Flat atmosphere too of a day, appreciate it’s a relaxing hotel but needs more atmosphere

What can I say, I’m in the hospitality industry and this hotel took customer service to another level. The staff is the best part, everyone is so nice. They always very attentive and even learned my daughters name and so attentive to her during breakfast and dinner. I’m so picky to where I stay but honestly I have nothing bad to say, amazing amenities, the room was comfortable and had the best ocean view and waking up everyday to it was beyond incredible. Definitely one of the best stays and I’ll come back again.
