Most of the staff were really friendly and accommodating. However, we had an issue with one man from the bar below (which is attached to the hotel). He insisted on charging us for hot water for some instant noodles, even though the receptionist had already told us it would be free. It seemed to be just him, though, as all the other staff were very welcoming. The included breakfast had a great selection, and we were really satisfied with it. Overall, it was a great deal for the price, and we’re happy with our stay."

"I was shocked that at a five-star hotel, such an unacceptable incident could occur. We had a deeply disturbing experience during our stay. Around 9:30 AM, someone from the property unlocked and opened both our front door and bedroom door without any prior notice, permission, or request from us. We were still asleep when this happened. We did not request housekeeping and there was no sign indicating otherwise. This was a serious breach of privacy and made us feel unsafe and disrespected. Such behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable in any accommodation setting, let alone a serviced apartment."
