Great stay just one little issue with the noise of the airconditionning in the room during the night. But it is bearable and if you think it is too loud you can always turn it off.

Very good hotel and location. All staff we dealt with were pleasant and friendly. The hotel is clean and well maintained, rooms were very nice. Be aware that the low priced rooms (at least mine) had a view of a wall. The rooftop pool was great, lots of places to sit and courteous staff. Close to 5th Ave and a short walk to the beaches. I'd stay again for sure.

Housekeeping takes so long. There were 3 of us checked in, but they only replenish 2 towels and water daily. The 3rd person also paid so it would have been nice to get fresh towels and water for three people equally.

The location of the hotel is pretty good. It is very convenient to take a taxi and eat downstairs. There is a large supermarket downstairs. It is very convenient to buy things.

This is the best hotel I stayed in during my trip to Mexico. It is clean, well located, with free parking. There is a large supermarket downstairs, which is convenient for eating and drinking. The room is spacious and bright. It is very close to Fifth Avenue, making it convenient for travel. The entrance is hard to find. You need to take an escalator to a platform. The glass door opposite is the hotel entrance.

There is a capsule coffee maker in the room, but there are no coffee capsules to use with it, only instant coffee. I paid a deposit for towels, but the hotel staff never returned it. The room was not cleaned properly, and the amenities were not replenished.

Top management!!! Very friendly staff. Everything new and modern with a great pool. Good breakfast. Location advantageous, with supermarket in the house (top & cheap food from the grill on site).

All was very good. The staff is very friendly, they were always very attentive to help us. The hotel is beautiful. The best experience for my dog. They sent him a bed and some games for his stay.
