I really liked this hotel and their beach club! The included breakfast was very tasty. Everyone who worked there was very nice. The pool was smaller than the pics.

I took my son to Cancun during the summer vacation. Four nights in Cancun and three nights in PDC. The hotel cost more than 400 yuan. There was no front desk phone number. I couldn't bear it. I was very worried that the hotel was letting me go, but I finally checked in. Thank you Ctrip. After the epidemic, the price of foreign hotels soared, and Ctrip used ******* to sell it at a small profit. Breakfast is a bit of a bummer, there isn't much, and drinks cost money. I came here just for the two yards of xcaret and explore. Next time, it might be better to stay in Tulum for 2-3 nights and Cozumel for 3 nights.

It was an OK hotel for the time we stayed, 8 days.
The ridiculously loud music from the rooftop, was very anti-social in my opinion as not everybody was here to party.
When we had an issue, it was hard to find someone to assist us at the reception.
Breakfast was ok, I understand that they are trying to make extra cash by charging for drinks but in this case, the clients need to be informed about the property in the description so the client can decide accordingly.
The description informed us that there was an extra fee for airport pick-up when I tried to book I was told that it is not a service they offer.
The rooftop is gorgeous, great swimming pools. Very nice decor in the common areas.

This is the only property i've ever gone to where you purchased breakfast. An eggs are the only thing that are included. Coffee or drinks.It's all an extra charge. This hotel is trying to nickel and dine on every item for breakfast. The owner's send a waitress telling me not to bring in outside coffe.

Hmm.... I paid for a triple room, after entering the room I found 1 towel, 2 bottles of water and 2 coffee capsules. The next day, despite a tip to the cleaning staff, the situation repeated itself. Water and two coffee capsules are a welcome pack. Breakfasts included in the price do not include drinks and bread, everything is paid extra. The breakfast menu is eggs only with a choice of toppings and fruits. Access to the beach club is a big over-interpretation. You can use it after paying 300 pesos per person and from the sunbeds in the last row. The hotel has nice staff at the reception and a good location near the sea.
