Management changed recently, and policies shifted for the worse. Free airport transportation was eliminated, so you now pay out of pocket. The main pool, which used to be heated, is no longer heated and feels uncomfortably cold. Room service is no longer truly all-inclusive, with a $10 delivery fee charged every time.

Great location. Delicious food. Clean overall. They assigned noisy room (very next to air conditioning units), requested change, they gave downgraded room (suite to standard), we reluctantly accepted since quieter. Later realized the room was right above smoking area outside!. This time they only had rooms with paid upgrade. Not happy.

Convenient hotel for 5th Avenue. Hotel rooms are very spacious. The only con is that not all the food options for dinner are open each day. This may be due to the season.

The standard room is small and has no window, it was a bit shock. I asked to change (upgrade) room to jr. Suite even though I paid more, but which was worth it. More spacious and window with private balcony. While I changes the room, staff was super helpful, as far as i rememeber, his name is Octavio(Octovios?). His professional and friendly service was so satisfying and resolving our issue promptly.

You need to walk about five minutes down to find a spot where you can comfortably swim. The overall vibe of the hotel is a bit outdated and cheesy — definitely a mixed crowd of younger people looking to party and older guests, giving it a bit of a “cruise ship” atmosphere. My husband and I had never done an all-inclusive before, and although we got an amazing deal, it’s probably not something we would repeat at this property. As for dining: • The buffet was solid — lots of choices, decent quality — I’d rate it a 7/10. • The two à la carte restaurants (that required reservations) were subpar, so we honestly preferred the buffet experience. • The sushi swim-up bar was a bit of a letdown; the sushi wasn’t great (but understandable given the location). Our only real disappointment was the hot tub — it was very tiny, difficult to find, far away from everything, and when we finally reached it on our last night, it was lukewarm and not fully functioning. Final thoughts: If you’re looking for a budget-friendly all-inclusive with great staff, decent food, and a nice view — this is a good choice. Just know it’s not super luxurious, and swimming directly in front of the hotel isn’t ideal. It’s located right in the heart of Playa where there are lots of partying going on, if you want that sort of scene. We’re glad we tried it, but we’ll probably explore other options and quieter locations next time.

It is well located and protected place. Foods are amazing and there are too many different kinds. Pool is nice. It only needs a better beach. Not for a beach holiday but others are really good.

There was always a cleaner somewhere and I thought they were very careful about cleaning. The pool was nice, but as rumored, the sea was a little less clean. The drinks and food were delicious even at 10am and the staff were very friendly.

Good place where there are 4 different restaurants to enjoy the all-inclusive

I stayed here for 3 nights in June. The sea was full of weeds, probably because of the rainy season, so I couldn't go in, but there weren't too many people and I was able to relax by the pool. It's also close to Quinta Avenida, so you can enjoy a stroll around the town in between your hotel life. There are buffets, 3 dinner restaurants, a cafe and a pool bar, and activities such as morning yoga and shows, so I had a lot to enjoy. I booked an ocean view room, but I could barely see the sea, so if you want to see the sea from your room, it might be better to book a seafront room.

The hotel was fantastic: close to the center of Playa and with great facilities including swimming pools, gym, lots of restaurants and activities. Perfect for couples!
