We understand how important a restful stay is, and we take noise complaints very seriously. During your stay, there were three different families in the apartment above you, and you raised concerns about noise with each one. Each time, as per your request, we promptly contacted the guests above, which were families with younger children, to address the situation. Our Guest Experience Manager also personally spoke with you, offering to contact the neighbours again and suggesting that if the issue persisted, you could reach out to her so we could explore further solutions, such as a potential room change. Since we did not hear back from you after that conversation, we believed the matter had been resolved. It is unfortunate that instead of reaching out to us again, you chose to post this review towards the end of your stay.
