Great customer service from the staff. Really good breakfast. Parking was not available onsite we had to park really far.

We went all inclusive.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Room was fine and bed comfy. Good selection of wines on tap with meals.

definitely not a 4 star hotel
this is a good 2/3 star all inclusive
the quality of the food is mediocre
the pool is very good but a bit cold especially the kids pool that is freezing
there is a clear problem of parking, that is not available despite what the hotel could advertise. be ready to park on the street

Sehr sauber und auch schöne, große Zimmer. Nur der Zustand des Balkons (sehr alt und optisch nicht allzu vertrauenserregend) lässt mich einen Punkt Abzug bei der Ausstattung machen. Guter Service, Lage etwas außerhalb für mein Ziel Yumbo Center aber mit guter Bus/Taxi Anbindung und vielen Restaurants in direkter Umgebung.
