Bungalows Cordial Biarritz

Fantastic complex, really quiet but close to everything, beach and shopping centres and restaurants, could not have asked for more with my teenage Son, we stayed in a one bed bungalow, bed made up for son in living area but plenty of room for everyone. Well presented and very clean inside and out, staff very friendly and helpful. Own private terrace with table chairs and sun beds, and where we were had the sun all afternoon till it went down, Pool great set up, with a lifeguard,saltwater pool and showers are available around the pool. Gorgeous grounds well kept.Tennis courts and mini golf also on site. Bar open for snacks till about 5, but plenty places to eat within walking distance. Would definitely book again.

Wow! Myself, my hubby and our 13 year old son have just returned from Cordial Biarritz in Playa del Ingles, and honestly, I was sad to leave! From the moment we checked in, our experience in this complex was one of warm welcome and relaxation! The complex itself is beautifully maintained and the staff are always smiling and professional. It must be said as well our cleaning lady for our 168 bungalow always did a fabulous job! The bungalow was spacious and well equipped, with a lovely working kitchen, full on fridge freezer and a favourite of mine, real Prosecco glasses! The shower also was one of the best ones I've experienced! The outside terrace area was a great size, with your own sunbeds! Internet was always good too, which is a bonus with a teenager! The pool area is so different, almost like a lazy river! We have been to this area before, but this place was in the best location, 10 mins walk to beach, restaurants and bars 5 mins away and a fabulous supermarket around the corner!! I am already looking at booking again next year for my husband and I s 10 year wedding anniversary! Thank you so much Cordial Biarritz for the best holiday ever! See you soon x

This bungalow park is simply perfect for a long and short stay. The park is well taken care of. The people of the establishment are kind, enthousiastic and well mannered. The bungalows are spacious, clean and comfortable. The swimmingpool is AMAZING. The location of the park is close to nearly everything, but the area and park itself are quiet, comfortable and accessible. Almost everyday cleaning and new towels. All in all a perfect stay for us.

We stayed in a 1 bed superior bungalow which was located around the pool. The terrace area was completely shaded all day because of a tree in the garden. This didn’t bother us too much as there were enough sunbeds to sunbathe around the pool. We found the bungalow to be adequate but the bed in the lounge area was not comfy at all. It was more made for a child, not an adult. The mattress (if you can call it that) was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was fine. The pool is fantastic here. Big, clean, and quiet. We saw the pool maintenance guy cleaning the pool every morning. It was almost like having the pool to ourselves at some times during the day. It was not busy, crowded or noisy at all. The snack bar, although only open for 3.5 hours a day was very nice. We found the food to be very good. We were self catering so didn’t try the breakfast but I don’t think it looked all that to justify £600 more on the total price of our holiday, which is why we chose self catering. Reception told us it was €13.50 per adult and €6.50 for children if we wanted it but we found a fab bar in the Yumbo serving good breakfasts for €7 instead. The bar was open 12-5 (12-7) at weekends. It was a nice shaded area near the pool. Again, nice chilled atmosphere. Our son loved the fruit smoothies for €4.75. It has mini golf, a children’s play area, and a gym, but we didn’t try any of these. I really cannot fault this place. We were looking for somewhere quiet, chilled and this place is definitely that. If we were to come again, I would book again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic experience. The grounds and room were spotless and the pool cleaned every day. We were near the road in room 115 but noise wasn't an issue. Short walk to to Yumbo Centre which has plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. I highly recommend Restarante Centrum for eating out, we went twice in a row. The pool is huge and plenty of sunbeds. The only negative is there are no parasols although there are plenty of trees for shade but I think there should be some parasols around the kids pool area. We ventured towards the beach but it was so hot and felt like a massive trek so we didn't bother. Reception check in was a dream and very informative. Air con is just over 15 Euros per day and we definitely needed it! We stayed in a standard bungalow and the remote control worked both the air con in the bedroom and in the lounge area. There is a small private utility area for hanging clothes and the kitchen is well stocked. There was a bottle of water in the fridge upon our arrival and complimentary toiletries (the lip balm is lovely). There was an issue with our beds not being changed but after I brought this to the attention of reception it was dealt with straight away. I would like to have seen more snack options on their snack bar menu and it would have been great if it opened earlier for drinks (opened at 12:30). They are also card only and we only had cash.

I could almost give these Bungalows 5 stars just for the shower! But it actually gets 5 stars for everything! First there’s the cute entranceway – looking especially lovely and festive as it was Christmas. Reception staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful on arrival and throughout our stay. The gardens and pool area are well-kept and pretty. The bungalow itself was spotlessly clean and spacious, and I loved the style and layout, with the dining and living areas cleverly separated into distinct areas whilst being in one big room and a variety of lighting (uplighting, wall lighting, main light, etc). The kitchen was clean and tidy with a good array of utensils and crockery etc, with a proper fridge/freezer – not just a tiny freezer box. Also provided on arrival was a bottle of water and a very useful small washing-up pack. Just off the kitchen was an outdoor space for drying clothes, equipped with pegs too! The bathroom was large with a nice selection of environmentally friendly toiletries, including items you don’t usually get in other hotels like lip balm, emery boards, cotton wool, dental kit, razor, etc. The terrace was a good-sized area with 3 chairs and 3 sun loungers – presumably they provide for as many people as staying in the bungalow, whereas other places I’ve stayed only provided 2 even though there were 3 of us. And although we were roadside rather than pool or garden, it was not overlooked by passersby or neighbours. The safe was large and easy to use, though you pay a bit extra for this. We were self-catering but had the breakfast once. There was everything you would expect to find at a buffet breakfast and it was all very tasty, and well laid out considering the small space available for this. Sara (I think that was her name) was friendly and chatty, and replenished the breakfast goodies as soon as was needed. Yes, some of the indoor furniture seems dated but nothing that a sanding and repainting wouldn’t fix. I would absolutely recommend if staying in the area. Loved it.
