For a 7 night stay, it was disappointing that was no cleaning service, or change of bed linen or towels. The beds and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. As there is no air conditioning, we had to sleep with windows open, which let in noise from the local bars until past 2am every night. On the good side, the location is great for the beach, which is excellent

Very nice place near the beach, bus stop, restaurants and shops. - Unfortunately it attracts a lot of Spanish/Canarian families, never using the pool-shower before entering the pools, and having not well-behaved kids, screaming all day long.

Loved our stay at Los Ficus. Location was fantastic close to promenade and ten minute walk to beach bars and restaurants... even closer to the Irish bars just across the road. Sylvia was the best host ever she made our little get away even more special.

Amabilidad y buen servicio. Excelente ubicación, todo cerca: playa, tiendas, etc. Lo mejor de todo fue la atención y amabilidad de Soraya y su compañera. Me dieron un apartamento en la cuarta planta con una vista muy bonita. Lo negativo es que el hotel es un poco viejo y hay cosas como las sábanas, cortinas, mesa del balcón y otras que necesitan ser renovadas. Nosotros estuvimos contentos y sobre todo agradecidos por el buen servicio.

El trato recibido ha sido excelente. Tengo mucha experiencia en viajes y soy un usuario habitual de reservas, he estado tanto en lugares de cinco estrellas como en alojamientos más modestos alrededor del mundo. Sin embargo, puedo decir que este lugar se convierte, sin duda, en el mejor en el que he estado, tanto por la calidad del alojamiento como por la atención recibida. Además, su cercanía a todo añade un valor extra que lo hace aún más recomendable.

Appartement très bien , au calme , tout près de la plage 5 minutes à pieds, 15 minutes a pieds de yumbo, des commerces à proximité restaurants , supermarchés, 3 piscines non chauffées dont 2 plus petites, du stationnement tout autour de la résidence .

Habe gemischte Gefühle...Das Personal ist nett, wir haben gleich bei der Anreise eine Flasche Wein bekommen.die Anlage sieht von aussen schön aus, das Apartment leider altmodisch aber ziemlich sauber, außer Badezimmer, da könnte man besser putzen. Da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren war das Zimmer genügend für uns. Man hat alles in der Nähe - Strand, Supermarkt, Minigolf, Restaurants, Parkplätze...Wir haben Zimmer 13 gehabt, direkt beim Pool/ das Wasser war sauber, die Liegestühle würden gereinigt/. Leider am letzten Tag wurde aus dem Apartment meine Handtasche geklaut, habe es erst später gemerkt, es war nur die Tasche / war Gott sei Dank nichts drinnen/. Die Tasche haben ich dann ein paar Stunden später von der Polizei bekommen. An dem Tag wurden in mehreren Häuser unteren Apartments ausgeraubt, das Haus und vor allem die unteren Zimmer sind nicht ganz sicher!!!!
