On first site the hotel looked very clean and tidy. Was welcomed on arrival. Everything was explained perfectly. Nice and quiet after 10pm. Very clean and tidy apartment with great view of the beach. Lovely patio area which leads onto the main outside pool area of the hotel. Nice jacuzzi , small bar area with great drink deals. Perfect location if you like to be near the sea. 10/10

First off, the positives. The location is beautiful. Apartments on top floor have spectacular views, the best on the island. So peaceful and relaxing. The staff are super friendly, special shoutout to Rocque - the kindest, loveliest man ever! The apartments are very dated. Think Golden Girls! Although very clean, they need to be brought into the 21st century - it wouldn't take much. Overall, it's a beautiful, peaceful escape - just a pity about the decor!

Just an update on my last review. This hotel is the lair of a Timeshare scamming firm. At the time they were called Direkt Travel ( German spelling). The lying thieving operators of the scam would not give us our last week of accommodation unless we paid a 900 Euro supplement. We have now got our money back from our credit card company. The hotel is dated and dirty and the time share scamming thieves will rob you blind. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

The Atlantic Beach Club is the lair of a German Timeshare scamming firm. When we delt with them they were called Direkt Travel (German spelling), bit it appears that they keep changing their name to dissolve the company and continue to rip people off. We paid for a 3 week package and were given an absolute pack of lies during the sales pitch. They sold us 3 weeks accommodation. When we returned to take our first week at the Atlantic Beach Club we were informed we could not go back there for weeks 2 and 3. We were lied to about this during the sales pitch. We took our 2nd week in Tenerife and the hotel timeshare rep offered to help us sue the then Direkt Travel as they lied to us during sale (of course we had to take out a full new timeshare agreement with them - absolute charlatans. For out 3rd week "nothing was available - unless you pay a half board supplement...0f 900 Euros"! Avoid these lying, scamming and cheating cockroaches at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!

We really enjoyed the beach, shopping and restaurants. The Atlantic Beach Club is perfectly located to everything. We didn’t need to hire a car, the bus takes you from the airport to Playa del Inglis. The apartment was quiet, air conditioned and comfortable. Spanish, English and German spoken.

This hotel is used as a base for time share scamers they lure you in on a free Holliday and high pressure sales are the norm please be aware they are on artists English and German should be jailed look out for the scratch card con they use they are a real piece of work

Upon arrival they had no idea we were coming!!! Luckily it was quiet so a room was available. Bed Bedding and pillows were very very old and uncomfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. All in all ok but not exceptional

Efficient and helpful staff. Superb location Clean and tidy Excellent service Restaurants nearby Shopping nearby Rooms very nice Kitchen facilities good Lifts and elevators are available to go up to the promenade and down to beach and sea level
