Stayed for 10 days, room 501. Stayed at the hotel in May for a number of years. Keeps calling us back. The hotel offers professionalism in overload. Excellent customer services Excellent staff, meet and greet with a smile Rooms spotless Location fantastic Filled a survey out asked if I could offer any changes, to be honest there is nothing I could add, the place is home from home. Keep doing what yiu are doing.

Hotel check in was amazing swift and got the room i requested the room is spacious clean and functional self catering appointment every thing you need

I highly recommend staying here, I’ve stayed in many hotels in this area over the last 20 years and this is now by far my favorite. Staff were extremely friendly, rooms are spotlessly clean, good facilities in room and around the hotel, laundry room etc, WiFi works well. Great pool , restaurant and bar area. Location is perfect, 2 minutes from the Yumbo centre and about a 15 minute walk to the beach ️ I will definitely stay here again

Bit late i was here 2nd oct to 30th oct then 7 nights at my friends house...when in gc I always stay here so clean and lovely staff Not one thing bad about it right next door to the yumbo got everything you could need...i am over in March but its full and the first time in over 10yrs am staying somewhere were different up the road but I will be back July and oct again keep up the good work

The apartments and public areas are spotless and all fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Maid service daily to a very high standard. Reception and pool bar staff are amazing. Friendly and welcoming. We come here every year and are recognised as returning customers. Snacks by the pool are really good quality. Fantastic apartments and staff

What an exceptionally clean hotel and obviously the staff like working there as they're always smiling,the pool bar for snacks and drinks was a true delight and the only thing I could fault about my stay there was the shower didnt have much power and kept changing temperature but all in all one of the best hotels I've stayed in for a long time

Went in September stayed. In 219 staff lovely hyeine bar staff restaurant staff reception man perdo really all professionally very nice food very clean first time to stay there will be back really had lovely time shops yumbo very close by nice area big thanks to everyone Thomas c

February 2026 Stayed for a week at the beginning of February. Ideally located to everything restaurants Yumbo etc. Staff from reception to departure were really friendly and welcoming. Cleaners did a great job of all areas. Pool area was fine never too busy so no issues getting a sunbed. Room totally sufficient for our needs. All in all a great stay hence we have now booked to stay again in May 2026, September 2026 & January 2027.

Lovely clean apartments, nice size pool and close to everything, staff really friendly amd helpful, food at the snack bar was nice and drinks reasonable price.
