Facilities Service: The apartments have large rooms, all the amenities you need and a very big balcony. It has an elevator. They leave bread every day. We had a late flight but toilets and showers available including somewhere to store the luggage

A small apartment block but managed very well and is very clean. The apartments may appear a little dated inside but you soon see through that with the large rooms, all the amenities you need and a very big balcony with beds and table and 4 chairs. Recommend a Dune view room. The views in the day or evening with a drink are amazing. Location is superb with direct access from the apartment onto the walk way. From this walk way you are literally mins from the beach down the steps or 5 mins to the sunset viewing gallery. CITA is 5 mins walk and Jumbo 15 mins max. There are alleyways at the rear connecting these up. Supermarket at CITA or others around. We had a late flight but toilets and showers available including somewhere to store the luggage. A very good apartment that we would use again.

Sin duda un lugar tranquilo en pleno paseo marítimo de playa del inglés. Tiene ascensor. Los apartamentos necesitan una reforma pero son bastante cómodos y dejan pan todos los días. Destacar la atención de Sergio que en todo momento nos ha ayudado a mí y a mi familia

Es ist ein sehr schöne Anlage mit großen Sonnigem Balkons und Sonnnliegen... Wenn man aber ins Apartment geht, fällt ein gleich auf wie die Möbel sehr in die Jahre gekommen sind....Im Badezimmer ist ein Fenster und gute Staumöglichkeit aber das war's auch....Es wurde nie richtig sauber gemacht und das Silikon im Badezimmer völlig verdreckt und die Gardinen stehen..... Es roch alles muffig.... Schade das der erste Eindruck so getäuscht hat..... Personal war nett und es gab jeden Morgen frische Brötchen

Da das Personal für mehrere Apartmentanlagen gleichzeitig arbeitet ist die Reception max. 1 Std. pro Tag und nur mit Voranmeldung verfügbar. Voranmeldung fürs Checkout hat nicht funktioniert. Nach vehementem Insistieren kam dann doch jemand und hat uns das Pfand für den Tresorschlüssel ausgehändigt. Apartments etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zu wenig Handtücher, Küche extrem minimalistisch eingerichtet. Sonnenschirme und Dusche am Pool unbrauchbar. Wasser im Pool verschmutzt mit Blättern usw. Mit der Übernahme durch Alsol hat sich der Service und die Qualität sehr verschlechtert ( kein Brötchenservice mehr, keine Reception, keine Strand/Pooltücher mehr, keine Antwort auf Emails, usw.).

La ubicación es perfecta, tiene una puerta que conecta con el paseo costa canaria, el cual es ideal pa Sra caminar y hacer ejercicios.
Está muy cerca de las dunas,y de la playa lo cual es súper magnífico.
Las habitaciones superiores tienen unas vistas inmejorables.
Los empleados en general son maravillosos y muy atentos con el cliente.
Hago mención especial a Javiernde recepcion, que es un sol, reboza de amabilidad, empatía y siempre con una permanente actitud a solventar cualquier duda o problemas que pueda surgir.

Alsol Patricio está muy bien para descansar y relajarse. Los apartamentos no son pequeños y están muy bien distribuidos, aparte cuentas con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Los trabajadores son maravillosos. Sin dudas volveremos.
