The staff was friendly the place is under construction but clean. We had a room that had just been opened and it was nice. Not enough chanels on TV

Worse hotel stay ever...cleaning lady came in the room before we was finished getting our things out the room... my bf is crippled and I was doing g by myself...and the cleaning lady called the law on us n said we had ***** n put something in 1 of our bags. I tried to get our deposit back so we could get something to eat n get a ride home but the same lady was working the desk when I got there and refused to give my last 100 I had left to my name for the whole month back

The desk clerk was very nice and very professional. She warned me that they were in the middle of a renovation, so things were a little messy, particularly in the hallways.
Room was fine. One thing, though...they had replaced the bed frames with new frames. Unfortunately, though, the bed frames were for a king-size bed and the mattress was queen-size. The mattress moved around any time I got out of or into the bed.

Woman at check in barely spoke to us as she was on the phone talking to someone. Floors in the hall were all torn up, no carpet but boards. They were renovating and boxes were sitting in hallway. Side door was propped open smokers could get back inside. One sheet had something pink on it. We reserved a king room and was given 2 queens which weren’t a queen size bed (both beds had queen box spring with a double mattress on top! I stayed awake all night because other doors were being slammed. Nothing quiet about anything. I think being a Wyndham hotel it should have been nicer. No breakfast either as advertised. 😏

We had 2 queen bed rooms for 4 guests reserved and they gave us king size beds for 2 guests. We ended up having to sleep 4 to a bed so it was a rough night.

The hotel charged me TWICE after i prepaid, and wouldn't do anything about it. I am pregnant and they did not care i was starving and staying in a half renovated hotel with paint fumes. HORRIBLE service and stay
