I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation and a 99 supermarket downstairs. The room had no peculiar smell, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and efficient with both check-in and check-out. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted good. The overall environment was quiet, the facilities were well-maintained, and it offered great value for money. If I travel here again in the future, I will definitely choose to stay here again. It was a good experience.

This is the first time I've encountered a chain brand that's this dirty! The duvet was filthy, and I specifically asked for it to be changed! I went out for a bit, came back, and the room had been tidied, but the duvet was still dirty. The funniest part is they tried to hide the dirty side by flipping it over. Do they really think guests are ****** who won't check under the covers? I just checked out on the spot, I was so disgusted! Seriously, don't bother visiting Johor Bahru, the value for money is terrible, and Grab drivers refuse rides way too often.
